Round 2, I ordered directly from their website on an email coupon they sent out a few weeks ago. It took over 3 weeks for the item to get a tracking number (shipping from their warehouse apparently takes longer than if they have stock in a store - per CS). It's now had a tracking number for over a week but still yet to be handed off to the carrier... hello... hello... CS is not very responsive, and apparently communication between the stores and warehouse is almost non-existent, leading to not being able to get answers or problems solved in a timely manner... I sure hope my item goes out... I guess I've figured out why they don't give the store phone number out, lol. UPDATE: Order confirmed July 11, ORIGINAL estimated delivery date July 18. Actually arrived August 20th... at least it arrived, but not likely to place online orders with them again...

A week later....they reply that that don't repair DJI cameras due to supply shortages, tariffs, DJI delays, etc. etc.....their website highlights that they are the largest DJI repair service in the United States.....and you can't replace a camera on one of the most common drones in the US? And then, wait for it, got charged the full $140 for their 'service' and return shipping. And then, had to take time off work so I could be home waiting for the Fed Ex shipping to arrive because they required a signature. Dude - that was a total TOTAL waste of my time and energy. Oh, and money. Three weeks later, the same broken drone is sitting in front of me, I owe a coworker for covering for me, and I'm $200 poorer. Nice.

The only problem is that they have too much! I was mental with choice. I spend ages online trying to find buttons for this coat, and a mate at work told me about this place. They have all sorts... buttons, beads, stuff to make jewlery, etc. They were extremely helpful and very friendly. However they shut at 3pm on the weekends. I tried to go there yesterday for buttons for yet another jacket and they were shut. Wouldn't it be better if they just made coats with buttons that actually stay on? This place would be super perfect if they installed the buttons on for me. Now i'll have to spend 15 hours sewing the stupid buttons on. sniff sniff. But they have a great selection! I will return!

Grab a blanket, some lawn chairs, snacks and food. You can fly you own kites too! Bathrooms available, although not the cleanest which could be expected at big events. Event is FREE but come prepared for the following: Parking was $10 for two hours but perhaps it's for the whole time you're here. Bounce houses have a cost of $13 pp. Food trucks are never cheap.

This is by far the worst Michael's I've ever been to. Employees are untrained and seem unsure of how anything works. I recently placed a pickup order, and the item was out of stock. At every other Michael's, the app cancels the items and refunds me automatically before I even arrive. Not here. This store waited until I got there, then treated it like a return--asking for the card I paid with and even requesting my social security number just to process it. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, I placed a curbside order and was told to go inside to pick it up. What's the point of offering curbside if I have to walk in? This location went from a 10 to a 0. It would have taken five minutes to offer basic customer service. Those five minutes would have made a huge difference for our child's birthday. Instead, we were left frustrated and scrambling.
