Being financed wasn't an issue since I was still able to use it with At&t, just wasn't able to use it with any other providers. Well after purchased and verifying I couldn't unlock it I just continued using it until last week. My current provider blocked my number. I contacted them and they told me the phone was reported stolen. I went and checked online and sure enough the phone was listed as Blacklisted. I tried contacting La Familia but they just ignored my messages. Just called At&t and they told me the original owner filed a claim with Asurion Insurance to claim another phone.

If there was a business that you could bend over your knee and spank, this would be it. They have…read morean ebay store, and they continue to take advantage of people. My particular case involves them listing a watch for sale, I purchased and paid for it, they then cancelled the sale stating that it was out of stock. Only to immediately relist that same item again, and sell it to another buyer for the same exact price, all while blocking me from messaging them and buying anything else from them. (not that I would) No message saying sorry, no communication of any kind whatsoever. They are deplorable and I strongly advise staying away, becuase they only care about them...and anyone will see this.

It is this latin speaking old man that did nothing but have a sxxt face. It is our first child and we don't know much about anything. So its natural to want to try the strollers, and get a feel. He just stood there watching us struggle to operate the strollers and almost pushed us aside to put it back because he was afraid we would break it. Not to mention his comment about how indecisive we were because we kept looking at the different ones. It was the most uncomfortable shopping experience I've ever had. I became a yelper because I feel compelled to share my experience. Good luck with your business if you treat your customers like some type of disease. Go to genius jones instead. You'll be much better off.

Finally a week later was called to be told they didn't have the color but another store did. They then E-mailed me to tell me it was a mistake instead of calling, which is beyond unprofessional. Wasted a week and a half for the product to have to order the car seat elsewhere and wait some more. All while I have no car seat for my daughter, guess we're stuck at home! Clearly, they have no clue what items they have in stock or available or what they are even doing. hopefully they cancel my order like I requested!
