I just have to give a shout-out to this place, I've used them several times and now exclusively to…read moreprint shirts for my company. Although they are usually pretty busy, the girls who work the kiosk are always friendly and polite (although it helps if you speak Spanish). The best thing about this place is that there is no setup fee. This is especially useful to me as a business owner, because if I want to put an employee's name below the company logo on their shirts, I don't have to pay a ridiculous fee every single time. For a basic logo, they charge $15 which is quite reasonable. You can leave your article of clothing there to be embroidered, go shop for 20 minutes or so, come back and pick it up. And of course there is *nothing* to do for 20 minutes at the mall to keep you occupied...[insert sarcasm here]. In short, this is a great place with good quality and good customer service. Highly recommend it!

I placed the order for a Jacket to be a bit bigger than her size so that she can reuse it next year. Well they made a mistake and gave her a small when she is medium and I ordered a large. Another team mom went and picked it up for me so I didn't notice until a few days later after receiving it. I called and spoke to the owners wife and she refused to help me in any way. She did not want to help me or hear me out in any type of way. She said it was my mistake. I told her I know what I asked for. After bickering for almost 30 mins we came into an agreement that after speaking with my husband I realized did not benefit my daughter at all!!! I went to get a couple of pants to have the hem taken, I selected this place because of its high review, boy was I disappointed. I went in and was told it would take two weeks and if I was fine with that I could take a sit. I sat down said hello to who I presume is Huma and waited as she worked on a dress. This man walks in wanting his pants hemmed, she talks to him, he puts on the pants and she proceeds to mark the pants and tells them it will be done in a week. She then proceeded to continue to work on the dress and ignored me. I walked away.

We have used Ace several times. My husband thought we should try the place in the mall, but I thought that there is no way they could do the bag...all I ever saw there were shirts and hats. So my husband started googling and found Ace. He thought it was worth a try. At about 5:30pm on a Saturday he walked into Sedanos and there was Ace Embroidery. Not only was he able to handle the large bag, but he recommended the perfect font. He didn't even think we were crazy when I called to make sure that my husband spelled our daughter's name correctly. (My husband had this weird feeling he spelled it wrong, he didn't). Service was friendly and we didn't break the bank with our daughter's long name. The bag was ready on Monday afternoon. We love it! More importantly our daughter loves it! She was thrilled. Since that first time we have had my husband's karate gear bag done, 2 American girl karate uniforms and most recently a backpack for our friend's son. Ace always recommends the perfect font for each project and we are always thrilled with the end result. Amazing customer service. Amazing job! Amazing quality! Highly recommend.
