I always like five and below for there tee shirts and small items that you may need. It's unfortunate it's not truly five and below anymore because they're items that over $5 dollars now. But I'm still able to find something's for less than regular price. I was able to find two cute tee shirts and a word search book for my mom to enjoy. I'm in love with the store. They have such a variety of items from Beach days to loungewear even makeup and toys. A better alternative then Dollar Tree or any other discounted stores. I was skeptical to buy the makeup however I decided to buy a $5 eyeshadow palette, it was natural bronze with some glitter. To my surprise just a dab of eye primer the color really sticks and has great pigment. They also have a variety of Beauty Tools all in range from a $1 to $5. read more

Everything here is just like the store name, $5.00 or below, nothing more. It's actually nice to find a store that is true to their name (calling you out family dollar, lol). They have so many things to buy, it's like they know what you don't need but since it's so cheap you just have to buy it. You can find phone and car accessories, kids toys, pool necessities, among other things. The quality is just ok, as I've purchased chargers or accessories to hold my phone in the car and they have broken only after a couple months. For the price though I can't complain. (Although you can find chargers at Walgreens for better quality for a couple dollars more.) This store has always been clean and organized and the staff has been helpful when needed. I was just in this store approximately 5 minutes ago. It's unfortunate because I really loved shopping here. I sometimes take way too long going back and forth because I'm in love with everything. But I'm a 25 year old man with tattoos all over my body. Someone claimed that I looked, "suspicious," and I was very uncomfortable and caught off guard by a officer approaching me. I don't know why at all someone would have thought my actions were suspicious, other than my appearance. In my mind, maybe because I am a younger male covered in tattoos, I'm stereotyped as someone who was stealing. I wont be shopping at this location anymore. read more

If you're living on a budget (and given the cost of living here in Miami who with a family isn't) then this place is a godsend. I've been twice and twice came away with stuff my kids were asking for but at a fraction of the price. Everything is $5 or below. Yesterday I found a basketball for $5 which retails at Walmart for $10 and up. Bluetooth (wireless) earphones with a microphone for $5 (and if you have kids who play Xbox or playstation you KNOW that no matter how much money you spend on earphones they crap out after a couple of months of use so it's always good to have a backup pair stashed away). They also had a large selection of home gym and yoga equipment yesterday which filled the space that was taken up with Christmas decorations and gifts last time I was here. Weights ranging from 1lb hand held weights up to 5lb kettleballs and medicine balls, with prices ranging from $2 - $5. The first time I was here I snagged two awesome hats and masquerade masks that were there for Halloween but could also serve as steampunk or masquerade party accessories. If you have pre-teen or young teenage kids then this has a whole load of stuff they would LOVE. Make up, crafts, sports stuff, books, candy, room accessories. It's a virtual treasure trove and $20 would go an awful long way to making a kid super happy. It's a bright, well laid out shop, but parking is an absolute bitch in this shopping center. read more

Definitely a place you can get something for very low. The quality is not the best but it does the job. If you need something for a beach day or pool, or even some little extras for your apartment and you don't want to spend too much I would recommend this place. I got little trash cans and stuff like that for the bathrooms in my place and they actually made it look pretty nice. The workers are nice and friendly and it's never too packed so you can actually walk around and take your time. They got games and kids stuff which is perfect to safe some money. The only thing I wish they had more would be things for the household. They got a bunch of electronics which I wouldn't get from there since things like these usually break fast. But they even got work out mats and things like that Which I've been using without a problem. So take a look next time you are there. You never know what you can find. read more

We bought a few beach chairs for $5.00 each and it's pretty good quality and it looks good too. Love the store itself but the staff was very unpleasant. Yesterday two girls who were closing the store was rushing EVERYONE out. It was so distasteful. Common courtesy is to just lock the doors once time to close so that no more customers enter and allow the rest to check out comfortably, after all what Company doesn't want there shoppers to feel happy and secure. However the opposite happen. One of the girls walked around telling everyone 20 min until the store close I a rude rushing manner. Once time to check out it was two ( the same girls) on one register rushing everyone screaming NEXT NEXT once they began ringing up each item the were moving so fast and slamming items in bags no time to keep up with pricing or see what has been rang up. Very unfriendly the whole time they spoke amongst each other complaining how customers take there time and at the last minute want to put something back. I said ti the lady's why are you guys rushing ? They kept ignoring me in aggravation because there goal was to quickly get everyone out of the store. The shorter one replied we tired it's time to go. I really wanted to ask why they hell did you choose retail if this your demeanor and mindset for working. Retail is not a simple job it can be frustrating constantly putting items in its place and on your feet but it's something you personally signed up for so find joy within what might seem like complications because in everything you do it represents you not to mention the company YOU signed up for.
