The SA was very friendly, patient and attentive. I came in for a specific item but opted to look at various items. I never felt rushed or pressured to purchase anything additional. In fact, I was on the fence about an item and the SA took pictures for me, gave her opinion and patiently waited while I called my spouse and couldn't make up my mind. In the end since I wasn't sure she said walk around and if you can't get it off your mind, come back Thanks Gucci as I know not everyone's experience is as pleasant, I've had my share at other luxury stores so it stands out when service is fantastic read more

Although I was not the shopper in my visit to the Gucci store in the design district. I still enjoyed our visit. My best friend wanted some slides but ended up with slides, a purse and shoes. This store is beautiful, the design, the colors, the arrangement and even the natural light. Although I cannot remember the staff person who helped us at this time (I may update this with her name) she was frankly amazing. She tended our needs and my best friend is not the easiest shopper, so I was very impressed at how well she accommodated her needs. Due to COVID there is a wait to get into the store and we waited well over 30 minutes but we were killing time as we were waiting for a table at a nearby restaurant. The store restricted the amount of customers to ensure each customer had a staff member to assist them in their shopping and to ensure the store was not crowded. They also required a mask and I even heard a staff member tell a patron to cover their nose with the mask. read more

We had to wait in line for maybe 30 minutes or so because of the strict Covid precautions. I get it and I'm ok with it. Hexi was super helpful and next time I come back I will request him. He helped my wife, my son, and I pick out shoes and we are all very happy with our purchases. I wish they offered some Champagne for guests. That would be a nice touch. Gucci male associate was incredibly helpful and sold me my dream bag, the Jackie. I remarked that it had a strong smell, like marijuana. he told me it would dissipate. one year later the bag still smells like marijuana- like strong. I went to an outdoor party last week and everyone remarked on the odor. but when I called customer service they told me there was nothing they could do. buyer beware! read more

Stopped by to make a quick exchange from a purchase earlier in the week at another location in Miami, and was blown away by the customer service! Not only was our direct consultant so friendly and helpful, the entire team greeted us and helped throughout our visit. Almost everything we were looking for was in stock, quick $5 valet, or ample street parking, amazing staff and absolutely gorgeous store. I came to this store to purchase a specific wallet that matches a belt I have. When I Spoke with a sales person I was informed that there where only 3 left in stock but at different locations. There was one available relatively close so I was told if I paid for it a was informed that it would be shipped to my home quickly. Over the course of the next week or so I could not get ahold of anyone at the store and customer service kept promising on three separate occasions that someone would return my call asap but that did not happen either. Finally, the manager from this location called me and informed me that the wallet was unavailable! He explained that "in stock" by their definition means that this is not "live stock" and it is not updated to reflect actual stock. If that is true, which it most obviously is not, then this store takes money and makes sales based on deceit and misinformation in the most unethical way. If it's a lie, that means someone at the store made a mistake and did not own up to it. To remedy the mistake and the fact that I had $400 dollars tied up for weeks, since I make a lot of purchases with Gucci the manager offered me a bottle of cologne and sent me a picture of three to choose from. Two where men's colognes and strangely one was a women's perfume. I told him I would accept a bottle of MENS Gucci Guilty. Someone drove to my house and handed me a bag the next day. I open the bag and to my surprise there was a repackaged box of used women's perfume that even had the plastic on it but was ripped at the bottom! He sent me a used tester bottle of women's perfume!!! From that moment on I was never able to reach him again and customer service could not have cared less. read more

This location is beautiful and has a good energy. The sales associates are welcoming and nice. Lorena was extremely helpful. I had an unpleasant experience at the store in Boca town center but now I'm glad that happened because I'm only going to shop at this Gucci location from now on. I was a regular customer in the Gucci store in Amsterdam and other city's in Europe. Because of my move to Florida I visited the Gucci store in the designer district Miami today, September 23 2018. The employee's in this store are the worst I've ever seen. I wasn't wearing any fancy clothes so I think that's the reason but they only paid attention to their phone. I was waiting for minutes next to the bag I wanted to buy bot no one asked me if I needed help (in addition there was just one other customer in the whole store helped by someone else). After a few minutes I was done with waiting and left the store, will never go there again. read more

Customer service is absolutely terrible!! The lady at the front door on 4/20/2022 was completely RUDE! I've spent over $31,000 at Gucci in the last month and get treated like shit at the design district. Go to Bal Harbour Shop's GUCCI Store where they treat you properly. read more

The first experience in this location and it was spectacular. There is Valet right outside the door (they is all over the design district), but is just really convenient that it's right in front of the store. I walk in and immediately we're captivated by the stair case. Idk about you my I have such a fascinating with stair cases and this one is beautiful. The rest of the store is immaculate as all Gucci stores would be. I was helped by a sweet lady named Lorena. She went above and beyond making sure I saw everything I wanted to see, and made my buying experience a wonderful time. The bag I was looking for wasn't on display but she found it for me and I was so happy. She also found another bag I wanted and is helping get it because they don't have it in store. She really is just a wonderful help and I know I'll always go to her if I need anything. With that said, if you're ever in need for a anything Gucci go see Lorena in the design district! I was in Miami on vacation I stopped at the Gucci store in the fashion District I purchased a handbag/tote.I was told that it will be shipped from Bal Harbor Gucci store and then sent to me so I purchased the bag, receive my receipt and to this day I still have no bag. I've reached out to the sales person that help me numerous times as well as Gucci client services who cannot reach the store by phone either. The sales person that helped me Joanna Marquez has ignored my messages ignored my calls. At this point I don't know what to do in order to get that handbag that I purchased. I actually paid for it and have not received it. This has been over three weeks ago. if someone from Gucci is reading these reviews I would appreciate someone give me a call back or email me. This is imperative at this point I feel like I have been fraudulent treated by Gucci because I paid for something and have not received it and no one is calling me back or even emailing me. This is a nightmare, some thing that was supposed to be a pleasurable experience. I spent my hard earned money for a hand bag and not to receive it is ridiculous! One of the very upsetting things is that if you want to call a Gucci Storre and talk to your salesperson you CANNOT get the number to call. You go thru their central system and sometimes it takes days for someone to contact you from the store. I have been a Gucci client for over 16 years now. I'm in town visiting from New York City and was staying at the W in Brickell. I noticed that the closest Gucci store was less then 10 minutes away and decided to visit this store in design district to pick up a dress for an event I had that day. First impression of the store was immaculate! Beautiful store and in a wonderful location, however the staff, very rude and unpleasant! I walked in as a group of three girls (who were Gucci employees) were huddled in a small circle to the right of the store looking at something perhaps it was a phone. I walked in and was not greeted, I immediately felt un welcomed. I then went to one of the girls which if I understood correctly was one of the managers, she had long black hair about 5"3 I think her name began with the letter G. I asked her where the department for dresses was located and she replied in these words "they're right over there" and continued in the circle. I've shopped at pretty much every Gucci in every major city and this has to be by far the worst customer experience! I simply looked down walked out and decided to go to Dior and bought everything I needed for the night and more! I was treated very well by the employees at Dior. The next day I decided to just buy the Gucci products I wanted at Bal Harbour. I think this Gucci store in design district is a very beautiful store but they need to clean house with employees because with the attitudes they had no one will ever want to purchase from this location. read more
