I got there at 8:15am and the door was locked, I tried calling the store phone but no luck. Two other people were waiting outside for them to open too but I couldn't sit around waiting any longer, I had to go to work. It was a waste of my time and I'm still out a vape. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over eight years. I even pick up vapes from that store for all of my coworkers seeing as they do have an extensive collection. For the first time in eight years, I had purchased a vape that broke due to no fault of my own. The magnetic piece of the cartridge fell out, making it impossible to connect it to the battery. I did try to fix this problem myself because I was currently at work. I was unsuccessful. When I showed up to Pro Vape with my first complaint in over eight years, the male clerk basically told me I was shit out of luck and there was nothing they could do for me. Now it's not about the money. I could've bought a new vape. It's not about the fact that they didn't offer me some kind of discount even if it was 10% for my trouble. Or maybe to return the vape to the manufacturer for me. No, it wasn't about any of that. it was the way that by saying that one thing they let me know how little they value me as a customer. it was degrading. Due to that fact, I will never return to that shop. I will never recommend that shop. I will never purchase for my friends at that shop. This is not customer service. It was a blatant and rude blowoff with an undertone of "we could care less about your business.
