The manager there is very knowledgeable on the products and takes his time with each customer to ensure that they are getting what they look for. Great customer service and communication with customers. Makes you feel happy and remembers you as a consumer pretty much after one purchase. That is always a great feeling! The entire staff wears their masks and provide sanitizer. They have you use your device prior to leaving to make sure there isn't any issue. The whole location is very clean and organized. If you are within the area is one of the nicer shops although it is pricey*. Overall, 10/10 for the shop.

I usually go on my lunch break or after work but my vape died last night so I decided to stop in before work today. I got there at 8:15am and the door was locked, I tried calling the store phone but no luck. Two other people were waiting outside for them to open too but I couldn't sit around waiting any longer, I had to go to work. It was a waste of my time and I'm still out a vape. If you change your hours at least post it online to be considerate to others. Probably just going to find another vape store to go to in the area. Not cool guys!

DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE, THEY DOUBLE-BILL YOU. At the start of last month, I made a purchase…read moreonline and was charged, only to be charged yet AGAIN for the exact same purchase. I immediately called the store, and at first an indifferent kid explained that the third-party merchant they use to process their transactions "made an error," but, you know, whatever. I then demanded to speak to her supervisor, who got on line ten minutes later and apologized, insisting that this "error" would be fixed "soon." When I asked "how soon," she admitted she didn't know. That was last Monday. As of today, it's been a week and there is STILL no refund in my checking account. I've now started the paperwork for my bank to begin a formal transaction dispute with Neptune; it'll take at least another week before I receive a refund from my bank through this avenue, but it's clearly the only way I'm going to get back the money Neptune Cigars stole from me. One final comment: I called three other times beyond the time I described above; one of the people I spoke with mentioned that "lots of customers" have been affected by this "error." I mention this to point out that they're clearly double-charging MANY customers, so if you don't want to risk going through this horrendous process, either go directly to the store and pay in cash, or buy your cigars somewhere else.
