Great customer service and communication with customers. Makes you feel happy and remembers you as a consumer pretty much after one purchase. That is always a great feeling! The entire staff wears their masks and provide sanitizer. They have you use your device prior to leaving to make sure there isn't any issue. The whole location is very clean and organized. I then demanded to speak to her supervisor, who got on line ten minutes later and apologized, insisting that this "error" would be fixed "soon." When I asked "how soon," she admitted she didn't know. That was last Monday. As of today, it's been a week and there is STILL no refund in my checking account. I've now started the paperwork for my bank to begin a formal transaction dispute with Neptune; it'll take at least another week before I receive a refund from my bank through this avenue, but it's clearly the only way I'm going to get back the money Neptune Cigars stole from me. One final comment: I called three other times beyond the time I described above; one of the people I spoke with mentioned that "lots of customers" have been affected by this "error." I mention this to point out that they're clearly double-charging MANY customers, so if you don't want to risk going through this horrendous process, either go directly to the store and pay in cash, or buy your cigars somewhere else.
