I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over eight years. I even pick up vapes from that store for all of my coworkers seeing as they do have an extensive collection. For the first time in eight years, I had purchased a vape that broke due to no fault of my own. The magnetic piece of the cartridge fell out, making it impossible to connect it to the battery. I did try to fix this problem myself because I was currently at work. I was unsuccessful. When I showed up to Pro Vape with my first complaint in over eight years, the male clerk basically told me I was shit out of luck and there was nothing they could do for me. Now it's not about the money. I could've bought a new vape. It's not about the fact that they didn't offer me some kind of discount even if it was 10% for my trouble. Or maybe to return the vape to the manufacturer for me. No, it wasn't about any of that. it was the way that by saying that one thing they let me know how little they value me as a customer. it was degrading. Due to that fact, I will never return to that shop. I will never recommend that shop. I will never purchase for my friends at that shop. This is not customer service. It was a blatant and rude blowoff with an undertone of "we could care less about your business.

I usually go on my lunch break or after work but my vape died last night so I decided to stop in before work today. Two other people were waiting outside for them to open too but I couldn't sit around waiting any longer, I had to go to work. It was a waste of my time and I'm still out a vape. If you change your hours at least post it online to be considerate to others. Probably just going to find another vape store to go to in the area. Not cool guys!

One of the best in town! Doug is an amazing guy and he's always there to help. From the novice to…read morethe advanced user he has a wide breadth of knowledge. If you want to quit cigarettes he will find a solution for you. When I arrived at this friendly shop in Pompano, I was already a pretty advanced user myself. I saw Doug and his associates help a lady that just came off the street without the nonsense you see at other shops. The house blend is a very premium blend that once it gets out on a national level will compete with the best of them. Doug is extremely passionate about his new career choice and is personally invested in you the client. Making sure that you have the best experience. I don't go to many b&m's because of price and different things being pushed on me, before this shop I exclusively shopped online, rarely going to any brick and mortars unless it was of dire need. I find myself wanting to go to All Day Vaper in my freetime to hang out with Doug and all the other interesting people that shop there and work there. Doug and his employees never pressure me into anything, they ask a lot of insightful questions and try to match the product that's best for you. Everyone provides top notch service, the couple bucks I spend more at this shop really gets paid back to me in the service and friendliness that they provide. Also don't have to wait a bajillion years for vape mail. When you factor the customer service, attention to detail, shipping costs, and overall friendliness you aren't paying that much more than online prices. Also Doug told me last night when I was in RDA shopping that he can basically procure just about any mod you would want at a reasonable price. Quickly as well! Something to keep in mind for my next mod purchase. He also provides 3 free builds with the purchase of any RDA. Never had anyone build a coil for me, but Doug again proved his mastery of this craft when he built me a 0.41 ohm dual 24g macro coil. Uploaded a pic with this review! TL:DR if you're looking for a great shop with reasonable prices in broward county, look no further. Vapor fi can suck it with their sub par liquids and crappy mods.
