I love my chiropractor, Dr. White. She is an awesome skillful, people oriented doctor. She takes her time to understand where your pain is and the cause where your problem lies. I would give her a 5 star review all day! When I signed up for a two month program, I just knew that she will take good care of me and put me back where I needed to be. Because of her background in massage, she can feel where your tightness are. She will instruct you to breath and relax before she adjust your muscle and joints and get you the right feeling when you leave her office, every time. After my adjustment, I would stay there for about 10 minutes to stretch myself with wider range of motion on my shoulder blade, hip and lower back. I always walk out of there with a smile because I feel more flexible afterwards. I went there twice a week, with 3 days a part for the first 3 weeks. Then I went once a week for 2 weeks. Last two weeks of my program, I went twice a week again. I felt l like I passed a final exam and now I am free and off to a vacation. I tell you, she is just awesome. Someone who cares, has a sense of humor and hugs you like a dear friend. If you are thinking about getting your upper back, shoulder release and relieved, you gotta go there at least for 4 weeks if you want results. If you are fatigue or worn out and want great results, go there for 2 to 3 months. You will entirely feel brand new. I highly recommend Dr. White. She will get you diagnosed and keep your chart on her computer, and treat and monitor your condition just like a therapist or someone in the physical rehabilitative program. Dr White is the best! I was terrified of chiropractic and any other body work when we first met. She has not only allayed my fears but I now look forward to treatments when I need them. I am so impressed that I followed Dr. White from her previous practice; she is professional and compassionate. She encourages and empowers me to participate and take charge of my own health and well-being by listening attentively to how I am feeling, explaining what she is doing and answering all my questions with respect. I love this place specifically because of Dr. White. I attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and have had the opportunity to receive adjustments from some of the best doctors in the country. When I happened upon Dr. Antionette White after my first adjustment I knew I found my primary health care provider. She has the intangible "it" factor that you don't find in every Chiroprator. She diagnoses and assesses my condition with her educated mind and applies the knowledge with skilled strong intuitive hands that knows exactly how to realign my body, head to toe. Her adjustment skills are incredible. I see her a minimum of once a week now even when she says I don't need it because I feel so good after an adjustment. I'm in and out of her office in less than 15 minutes so it works in my schedule without a huge time commitment. I highly recommend Dr. Antoinette White, Chiropractor to treat back problems. In 2017 I was on a back maintenance schedule for a weaker back and felt pretty good. Then I got into an automobile accident on December 2,2018 which really messed with my neck, upper back and lower back regions. Dr. White ROCKS AS A CHIRO! I have been seeing her for over 3 years and she has the most amazing healing touch. Before she became a chiropractor, she was a massage therapist, so she is amazing in knowing the difference between if it is a muscle problem or if it is a spine/adjustment problem. I'm a tough one, too, but she took the time with me learning what works best for my body and now can put me back together again in one easy visit. She is easy to talk to and really cares about you as a patient. She is easy to get a hold of and also loves kids and animals (which is a win-win in my book). Dr. White is an amazing chiropractor and an amazing person, too! I've seen her for almost 5 years and say that she has "magic hands." She always knows the spots that need "work" without me even telling her most of the time. I first came to her when I could barely walk and was in bad pain. She was so kind and gentle with me and truly wanted me to get better and really helped me. The Joint! What can I say about this place other than I wish I had started going sooner. The front desk staff are friendly and remember your name! Hard to find a place that does that now a days. Dr. White is a miracle woman! She knows how to explain everything. Targeting the specific needs of the customer instead of just cracking your neck and sending you on your way. Not to mention she is so friendly and a welcome addition to my Monday routine. Even though I am moving to Bellevue I will still be driving to Bothell on Mondays just to see Dr. White. I'm from California and I came out here for work and I have decided to do chiropractic treatment, keep in mind that I have never believed in chiropractic treatments. I visited this office and doctor chad and other doctors ( sorry I'm bad with names) but after my first treatment I felt so sore and I'm like WTH is happening, next day my back was way better and I felt like my head lost a screw that was holding it and since then every time I visit them and I feel great and I sleep better now and believe it or not it's helping me with my weight loss. This place has a good vibe and friendly reception. I was skeptical and reluctant to come here but was pleasantly surprised at the amount of relief I felt in my lower back after Dr. Wes' adjustment.
