I have been a patient at Dynamic Chiros for over a year now. I first came in with sciatica and this year I was experiencing pain in the cocyx. Mark is a wonderful doctor. He will patiently answer all your questions. He is knowledgeable and the best thing is that if he thinks you need to be treated elsewhere he will let you know by himself. After every adjustment you can get a free table massage for 10 to 15 mins. Don't forget this as it helps relieve any slight aches u might feel after the adjustment. For those who are looking for a good medicinal massage the masseurs at dynamic chiros are really effective. I get my massage from Melinda and she really hits hard on some of those spots which leave me in pain when she applies pressure but then by the end of the day it makes me feel better than where I started at. read more

I was looking for a chiropractor after I moved and came across Dynamic Chiros on a Groupon. They were so great I paid for a package with them even though they are not in-network with my insurance. Dr Thompson and Dr Hamilton are skilled professionals that take time to get to know you and create a personalized wellness plan. It's not just about getting an adjustment at DC, they take x-rays, suggest exercises, and offer cutting edge laser technology for pain relief. About 4 mos after establishing with them, I was in car accident. My car was rear-ended and totaled. I had awful head, neck and back pain that caused terrible headaches and hip pain. After 6 months of thoughtful treatment, I'm almost back to 100%. A wonderful team that includes an amazing massage therapist, Shane King, and a sweet care coordinator, Gustavo, that ensures good patient flow, helps with exercises, laser treatment, and traction. They will bill the different amount than you discussed; spend 10 minutes with you, do nothing, and charged 100$ for that. I had a horrible experience today. I called up front to book an appointment for massage. Receptionist totally messed up and booked for a Chiropractic exam instead. I was waiting in the lobby and spoke to a massage therapist to see if I'm his next client. He said he isn't expecting me and spoke to the receptionist and figured out the mess up. I understand things go wrong sometimes. But, I never got an apology from the receptionist. She realized she messed up my appointment, but never bothered to inform me. This was my first Chiropractic experience and I was unsure how the experience was until I had another experience to compare. I did not recommend this place to anyone. Looking back, my entire treatment felt like a transaction, rather than a practitioner carefully listening, tending to the daily needs, working holistically, and truly caring for the patient. I think this business thrives because it aims for high volumes of patients. Each session was 3-7 minutes long and I was told to do traction or the rolling bed if I desired to. There was no genuine daily consultation of how sore or achy I was feeling, no massage to loosen before adjustment, no suggested and tailored stretching/exercising to my needs, and no real progress updates. I did not get a full x-ray or EMG model of my spine during the initial consultation and diagnosis, which is incredibly unfortunate because I have discovered more misalignment with my new Chiropractor that I definitely had when I was under this practitioner's care. I am giving (3) stars because although the practitioner only fixated on adjusting my neck, my neck is better than before their care. My new Chiropractor gives massage upfront and throughout to loosen fascia and muscle and breaks down scar tissue, listens to my needs and tailors the daily meeting as such, provides stretching and exercises tailored to where I need to strengthen, and works very holistically. He has also been incredibly educating, understanding of financials, and has more economic rates than Dynamic Chiro. read more

I used the Groupon here for the chiro and massage. I would say they were both acceptable treatments, definitely worth the lower Groupon value. I did like the chiropractic manipulation and went back a few more times, but it became expensive. I liked Dr. Warren's demeanor very much, very attentive to my needs and careful not to be too intrusive, always asking if this movement or pressure was ok. I would recommend his treatment again. Front desk could be a little nicer, but the curtness didn't bother me so much. read more

I've been going to Dynamic Chiros for over two years now because I suffer from two extreme spinal conditions that cause extreme pain and I needed a really good chiropractor to help me with these conditions. I met Dr Warren at a work event and I really liked how well coordinated he was in his speech regarding different conditions and the treatment plans outlined for care. I can say without doubt that this is the best chiropractic experience I have ever had. Dr. Warren is not only a great chiropractor but he is also a caring individual. Dr. Warren doesn't just do traditional adjustments. I came in with plantar fascitis (pain on the bottom of my foot) and he did a muscle releasing technique that was phenomenal. If you are a runner or active in some other way and you are dealing with body pain you have got to go see him for one of these treatments. With Dr. warren's help I was able to run a half-marathon in a personal best time after just four treatments. I am an acupuncturist and used to seeing conditions like this but I was absolutely blown away by the results. The rest of the staff in the clinic is helpful and friendly. Greetings, I developed lower neck soreness about 6 years ago (2006). It started off as a constant soreness and the discomfort grew more intense over time. After it persisted for a few months, I decided to seek treatment. A friend of mine recommended chiropractic care, because he had been treated for back pain successfully. However, my insurance at the time required me to get a referral from my primary care physician before they covered chiropractic care. I paid a visit to my doctor and he diagnosed that my neck issue was due to poor computer posture. Since I was an avid PC gamer at the time (up to 8 hours in one sitting) I didn't argue with him. However, he was very cynical about chiro treatment. He told me to avoid it and instead let him fix the problem with acupuncture in one visit. I agreed and let him stab me with a needle which sent out mild electric jolts for 20 minutes. It was an uncomfortable experience to say the least. I recall my neck pain dulled for a few weeks and then the problem continued as before. By that time I figured I'd stay away from medical care for a while and try to improve my posture on my own. About 2 years later, since the problem was still present, I decided to give it another go. My original doctor had retired, so I tried a new one. When I met with this physician, I filled him in on my previous experience, so in return he gave me a lot of theories. First, he said, it could be due to trauma or a car accident. Neither of which happened to me to my recollection. Then, he theorized it could be some sort of hereditary neck tissue disease or muscular problem. He gave me two referrals. One to a joint/tissue specialist and the other to a physical therapist. He capped it off by offering to prescribe pain killers, which I declined. Even though I'm not medically trained, I know that drugs only mask the pain. They don't fix the problem. I decided not to pursue either of his referrals and eventually lost my job and insurance to the recession. Roughly 3 years later with a new job, better insurance and the ever present neck pain, I figured it was time to find some way to fix my ailment. By then, my neck had progressed to occasional sharp pains accentuating the soreness that I had grown to live with over the years. My neck also began to pop every time I stretched it. In addition, I could barely look over my right shoulder, which made driving difficult. By chance, Dr. Warren attended a health fair at my workplace, which led me to visit Dr. Mark Thompson with Dynamic Chiros. Dr. Thompson was very helpful in giving me the information needed to get over my concerns. I chose to go with a "fix" treatment, which included 3 visits per week over about 2.5 months. To be honest I was doubtful about the treatment at first, but had exhausted my options. However, within 2 weeks I noticed significant relief from the pain and improvement to my neck's mobility. The mobility continued to improve over the course of the treatment, but the soreness was still present. Rather than get discouraged, I decided to stay with the treatment until the end. On my last visit, my X-rays showed 55% overall improvement to my neck curve from my original films 2.5 months ago. Furthermore, my neck mobility was back to normal and the soreness vanished within 2 weeks of ending treatment. Now I am pain free and quite happy with the investment in my health. After 6 years of soreness, it feels surreal to have no pain in my neck whatsoever. The irony of my story is not lost on me. Had I chosen to take chiropractic care 6 years ago as my friend suggested, I could have enjoyed that time in my life rather than live for half a decade in discomfort. I am very grateful to Dr. Thompson for bringing back the normalcy that I nearly forgot. Furthermore, I would recommend Dynamic Chiros to anyone considering chiropractic care. read more
