My knee used to lock up constantly while walking and now I can even hike and play sports again with few issues. Daniel gave me helpful exercises and made me feel comfortable with the level of pain during exercises; I learned to distinguish between normal growing pains and true harmful pain. My chronic neck pain of 3+ years is complicated. It can be daunting to address, but Daniel instantly gave me so much relief. I am still working on preventing flare ups because much of it has to do with poor posture over time, but I am SO much better off than before. One of the greatest things about this treatment is I finally have the tools to help myself when I can't make it in to see a provider.
