I recommend Interurban Chiropractic! Dr. Kendra and all the staff are very professional and treat their patients with kindness and compassion. Really try to help with recovery, and relief pain. I will miss getting massages from Marc! He is hands down a wonderful massage therapist, and is very dedicated to his patients. I was a couple months postpartum from a painful C-Section when I started receiving Chiro adjustments and massages. I remember being scared of getting adjusted and hurting my recovery process in my abdomen but no, Dr. Kendra and the following doctors, were gentle and made me feel safe in proceeding with my care. I am forever grateful I was able to receive care here. In the future if I need more care regarding pain in my back, and neck I will be coming here. read more

This is a great spot. Clean. Friendly. Efficient. Love the office space, the decor, the staff, the whole nine yards. The way everything is set up you can tell how considerate everyone who works there is. They are polite and caring. Highly recommend for whatever your concern is, whether chiropractic or massage. Easy to find and easy to park. Coffee and water in the waiting area. Full size bathroom with changing station. Quiet and private and professional. read more

Ive been going to Interurban Chiropractic for YEARS! Ive seen chiropractors for the past 27 years and this is my first Gonstead method experience. Dr Grace is amazing at what she does. Since Im a bodyworker, she has not only adjusted my back and neck when needed. She has also adjusted my shoulders, elbows, wrists, fingers, knees, and ankles when needed. I fell recently. My left arm stopped me. It was her adjustment that helped me significantly. Thanks dr grace!!! read more

I've been going to Interurban Chiro for YEARS - I cannot recommend it more! Dr Kendra is AMAZING - she has helped me so much with all of my issues (neck and back). Everyone at this office is amazing as well - Bailey at the front desk is so energetic and happy (I have no idea how she remembers peoples names!) I've seen 2 of the 3 massage therapists, Marc (who I've seen for years) and Michelle - who happen to be superb at their jobs. I mean SUPERB - highly recommend. I'm sure Magan is as well, I just have not had her massage me yet. Everyone in the office is super friendly and helpful. There's such good energy at this office. If I could give them 10 stars, I would! read more

I am the most stubborn and unenthusiastic person when it comes to finding alternative healthcare measures, but my back and neck were killing me for some time so I finally gave in to see Dr. Grace Lee. It was the best decision of my life. Dr. Lee was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel so comfortable. She answered all of my questions and walked me through the steps so I wasn't shocked when I heard something cracking or moving. She is small but she is strong! I also want to point out that this is one of the few places in WA state that practices the Gonstead technique. I travel a little more than an hour to get here and trust me when I say I'm never disappointed. I'd highly recommend getting in as a patient now, especially with things being a little slower due to the current issues related to COVID 19, but Interurban Chiropractic is still open, up, and running. They have been spraying, cleaning, and wiping down everything between patients so you can definitely feel at ease knowing the team here is doing their very best to make sure everyone stays safe. The level of care at this facility is amazeballs! read more

Dr. Kendra and her staff is like family to me. I've been seeing Dr. Kendra since my first pregnancy (5 years ago) and she has helped me overcome my on/off lower and middle back pain. For the last couple of months, I have been experiencing worsening middle and back pain that has affected my breathing, but today she was able to get me in (last minute) and adjusted me. I have not felt relief in months until today. I literally feel like a new person. My pain was to the point where I felt like I was experiencing much more than just back pain and felt very concerned about my health. She helped me and I am so thankful. read more

Back in October, my boyfriend and I (along with our son and a couple friends) were rear ended while completely stopped. Totally not the way to start off a busy Saturday. Also totally not cool when you've already got back/neck problems and a newborn in the car. I was back in an accident in 2014 as well, but I live pretty far from the chiropractor I was seeing at the time, so we took to Yelp and found Interurban literally right down the road from a (seriously a 2 minute drive!) From the outside you wouldn't really know how nice of an office this is! The lobby is always pristine, there's always a new welcome sign, and there's a play area for kids which I'm sure I'll appreciate once by baby is older. They've also got water and coffee and such, but I've never had to wait long enough where I've even thought about grabbing a refreshment. Dr. Kendra is amazing. She definitely knows what she's doing, that's for sure! I mean, she's a Dr., so I'd hope so, but SERIOUSLY. My past chiropractic experiences have been great but she's seriously so precise with all of her adjustments. Mark is one of the massage therapists and I see him once every week or so. He's awesome too. I always look forward to my massages with him because I know I'm going to be leaving feeling so much better and so relaxed. He's also a really fun person to make conversation with - it takes me a minute to warm up to people in general but I feel comfortable making conversation with him for the whole hour I'm in my massages. Bailey, the receptionist, is super sweet! From day one she's greeted us by name and always makes a point to say hello to our baby. She's also super great at making sure we get in on anybody else's dropped massage appointments. Thank goodness for her! The whole team at Interurban Chiropractic is great and I'm so glad we decided to visit them after our accident. We're almost ready to close out our accident case, but we'll be visiting them for our monthly appointments for maintenance on our backs/necks. read more

The doctors here are great! They are very personable, easy to talk to, and listen to your concerns. I had a bad back injury that landed me in the emergency room in December and the team at Interurban had me up and self-sufficient within 2 weeks. They care so much about their patients and they care about their work. read more

I went here in an acute state of back pain and I came here simply because of the immense amount of reviews I saw as positive. I was treated by a front desk member who was very eager to take my information. At the front desk a Chiropractor was holding a baby while discussing the the front desk she could fit me in. I filled out paperwork and explained my restive would be paying for the appointment because I couldn't. They told me they would worry about the payments till later and to complete the paperwork. Once completed I was walked to a back office. There I explained to the Chiropractor my lower back issue in my L3 and L4. I had spinal injections a year ago and what I knew I needed to do with losing the weight. I was in so much pain that each test it was obvious I was in an acute state. After taking my sweatshirt off and doing a ton of X-rays, I was led to another office where I was sat into a chair. I was then adjusted on this weird table with handles. The Chiropractor said "even with your acute state, I plan to adjust the L4!" Then as I was doing the asked breathing portion, she adjusted me and it was HELL! So I let her run this bottle of "solution" on my lower back and she told me "So we don't give you the X-rays until the second visit, and then you'll pay after the second visit and when you set the third appointment!" AHAHA I was like absolutely not. This is such a scam science and medical practice. This is my first time dealing with Chiropractic care and I will NOT return. I am just waiting for the bill for the first visit. I will not be back for a second and they can enjoy those X-rays. I went to an actual Doctor and they say the "adjustment" hurt my back worse! I am sad to leave a negative review of my experience but this was how my first visit went. I will not be back. read more

Dr. Kendra and Dr. Chandless are fantastic chiropractors. They really know what they're doing and the adjustments are spot on.

Dr. Buchholz has been amazing. She helped me get back to functioning after a couple of long standing trouble areas were exacerbated by exercise related strain/injuries and after surgery. Once I came in barely able to walk and in tears from not only the pain - but the panic of being unsure of what was happening. Was likely an irritated disc. I was upright within 24 hours of adjustment. Back to PT and mobility work within 48 hours. Back in the gym doing modified exercises within 1 week. She is informative, reassuring, and skilled. read more

Both Dr. Kendra and Dr. Grace are amazing. They are good at what they do and are very kind. I have been going to Interurban Chiropractic for a few years now, but I do need to schedule an appointment soon. I initially went because my sister suggested going to the chiropractor for my migraines, bloated ness and tension near my hip. After a few sessions, I could really see the difference. My migraines have lessened and are not so intense, I do not feel as bloated. I do still have hip tension here and there but the pain is less severe. Bailey, who works at the front desk is also really friendly! Always great to see everywhere here read more

I have been a patient here for many years for chiropractic care but today I got to have a massage appointment with Christian and was very pleased. He took the time to talk to me about my concerns and discuss his plans for my treatment. His technique was different than the typical "just to relax" type of massage, but it was worth it to feel he was really addressing the source of my neck pain. I look forward to having another treatment and continuing to see improvement! read more

Hot damn I never thought I would love a chiropractic clinic more. Just walking into the main lobby I am greeted by the nicest receptionist I've ever met. She greets me by name the second I walk in, and never fails to have the biggest smile on her face. That kind of genuine hospitality right there, MAKES. MY. DAY. Bailey is wonderful, kind, patient and so so organized. I don't know what I'd do without her excellent scheduling and kind nature. Also the doctors are the most wonderful people I've ever met, especially Dr. Kendra. I owe her my first born child and at least a quarter of my soul for how much she has helped me recover from a back injury. When I first started coming to the holy land that is Interurban Chiropractic, I could barely walk, barely breathe, and barely function as a human being. Dr. Kendra immediately recognized my pain and cracked my spine three ways to Sunday. I was right as rain after that, and would recommend her to anyone needing adjustments in a heartbeat. OH. AND BEFORE I GO. LET ME TELL Y'ALL ABOUT MY MASSAGE PRACTITIONER. Sunshine is just as her name implies: the sweetest, friendliest, and the most skilled massage practitioner I have ever met. She walked me through the entire process, always made sure I was comfortable, and made me feel at home with her sick beats and magic hands. I have NEVER been more relaxed in my LIFE. And considering I am a big ball of stress gallivanting in human form, that is what I consider a god given miracle. Please go see Sunshine if you need to cause she will TREAT. YOU. RIGHT. But make sure you schedule ahead of time cause she is one popular lady. Interurban Chiropractic is fantastic and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else for adjustments. The best part is that walk-in's are welcome and it's never that long of a wait. Bless this wonderful establishment. read more

I injured my back a couple years ago and Dr. Kendra has truly brought me back to normal / better than I was feeling before my injury. At the recommendation of my chiropractor to get a massage, I purchased a groupon for a consultation and 3-60 minute massages. The doctor gave me a no pressure chiropractic consultation since I was already receiving care elsewhere. He was very friendly and knowledgeable - if I wasn't happy with my current care, I'd definitely give him a try. The massage by David was great. It was very relaxing and I'll be back! read more

Dr. Kendra Buchholz is amazing, I'm a hairstylist and had a dislocated disc and got me back to moving within a week or two! She's very thorough. I've been a regular patient at Interurban Chiropractic for many years and have always been glad I've made that choice. I travel quite a distance for my adjustments and therapeutic massage because of the great results and professional care. I'm so glad I found Interurban Chiropractic! Everything has been very smooth and easy working with the staff here. The space is clean and welcoming. Bailey at the front desk is super nice and helpful. Scheduling was a piece of cake and I appreciate the text reminders. Dr. Buchholz was very thorough and gave me clarity on things. She also help put me at ease since I was pretty nervous about the adjustments. I'm looking forward to completing my treatment plan and taking advantage of their massage service as well! read more

I came here because of a Groupon I purchased. I absolutely loved the chiropractor I was seen by and the masseuse was amazing. They told me they would check my insurance benefits and get back to me. Here I am waiting a week later and still haven't received anything. No call, No email. I was planning on going here regardless of my insurance coverage. I am now second guessing that decision. As a receptionist myself, I know it does not take more than a few days at the most to get a predetermination or just to make a friendly call to keep your possible future patient updated. I actually switched insurances this past month JUST to get chiropractic coverage. My back is always in a lot of pain. I don't feel like I am wanted here. I need relief and don't want to end up in an office where things like this happen. It was a very nice office with an absolutely wonderful chiropractor. I am so disappointed that I have to find another place who will take me seriously..... Thank you for the advice and for the wonderful massage! Maybe you should take into consideration that your possible patients would like to be informed when YOU told them they would be.....I know this is not the Dr's fault :) read more

I started seeing Dr. Kendra to help take away my chronic headaches. Within the first week I felt relief, and within three weeks I was headache free. Now, several months later I see Dr. Kendra once per week to make sure I'm on track and soon I will start going as needed. Sometimes my neck is hard to adjust so Dr. Kendra adjusts me in a more comfortable way - her ability to solve the problem in a way that works better for me and my body is super impressive. Everything about Dr. Kendra's office is a pleasant experience. From the friendly office staff to the coffee, I always have a great appointment. read more

I am writing this review to share how thankful I am to have found Dr. Kendra and the practice Gonstead technique. 8 years ago, i had just turned 30 years old and I was a very active person involved in Surfing, Snowboarding, BJJ, and Triathlons. One day after a long run I began experiencing lots of back pain and tightness all over my neck and back. This was my 1st time dealing with any type of neck of back injury so I began to see back specialists, followed by physical therapists and a number of chiropractors. After doing this for about 2 years and seeing very little improvement, I was advise by medical professionals to have my blood tested for autoimmune diseases and i was told by several doctors that i had fibromyalgia and all they could do for me is treat the pain. I fell into a couple of bad depressions and I felt completely lost and hopeless. By now I was 7 years into this difficult journey which was very emotionally taxing after being told by various "specialist" that I had the following diagnosis (Fibromyalgia, Ankylosing spondylitis, Lupus, etc) A doctor even suggested it could be early signs of Parkinsons disease, I was even told by a few chiropractors that pain could be a mental thing. My family knew how much I was struggling with this and they could see me having to work hard to do even simple things like getting out of bed, getting dress, and most importantly picking up my baby daughter. My cousin send me a video showing a doctor performing the Gonstead technique and immediately I knew this was a very different approach from the 10+ other chiropractors I had seen since my pain came about. From my 1st visit with Dr. kendra, I knew I had found something that was different and was working for me. After her 1st adjustment, that night I literally could feel my back adjusting or doing something which relieved pressure from my ribs and chest area making it easy to breath which in turn allowed me to sleep better and wake up more rested. In 2 months of seeing Dr. Kendra, I have made more progress towards getting better than I did in the past 7 years. I went for my 1st run in years last week and it felt amazing, still some pain is there but I know I have found the right doctor for me and I am just amazed on how little is know about the Gonstead technique which in my opinion is just a better approach to chiropractic. I want to thank Dr. Kendra Buchholz for all she has done for me because for once I feel like I can get my life back. I love your approach to treating patients and will recommend you to anyone that I come across that is in need of a GREAT doctor. Thank you for all you have done for me doctor!!! read more

THEY BUY 5 STAR REVIEWS. But, I enjoy going to this place. I have for a time and plan to continue. It is important to note, that you shouldn't trust 5 star reviews. I have an email that states that you will be rewarded based upon "each 5 star review that you leave". Basically, I like this place, but their 5 star reviews are fake. (my 1 star review is less a refection of how much I like them (as i plan to continue going) and instead combating the fake reviews, their 4.9 rating is purchased not earned, so I didn't want to contribute to it) read more

Dr Kogler gives wonderful care. However, be aware that if you have an accident claim that he does not bill health insurance in a timely fashion when your PIP insurance runs out and will claim that you did not give him your health insurance information. Even after giving him your health insurance information he will only bill sporadically. And when your health insurance doesn't pay him because he hasn't filed claims within the set time frame as a contracted provider he will come after you personally to the point of turning your account over to collections. 5 stars for excellent treatment. 1 star for poor billing practices. read more

I usually don't like Yelp. I find it to be passive aggressive to businesses(I'm talking to you Marci P.). But this place is so amazing I want to scream it from the rooftops! Dr. Philly(he doesn't know I call him that) is a gem to be treasured! Knowledgable and a straight shooter, he knows his stuff. I went in after throwing my lower back out and he treated me so well I was able to go back to work as a hair stylist that day! I have been seeing him the past month 3 times a week and I feel like a new woman! Today I went to get a massage and let me tell you! I found a new religion and it's called the church of Marc! I have NEVER had a massage so good! If you like someone that knows his pressure points, this is your guy! This place has made me realize how important self care is in my industry. I will be getting monthly massages and at least once a week adjustments for the rest of my career and beyond! Special shout out the Bailey the receptionist! I wish I had a receptionist at my work as sweet and friendly as her! Thanks guys for making my pain go away! read more

I came to Interurban on a recommendation. I didn't have a big injury or pain, I simply just wanted to be sure my spine was in good health. Dr. Kendra was so great and thorough. What started out as a convenient place to get adjusted has turned into one of the highlights of my week. As a long time sufferer of lower back and neck pain, I decided to find a regular chiropractor again. I work about 3 minutes from Dr. Kogler's office, and found out that they took my insurance so it was an easy choice for me for to schedule a consultation. I am normally skeptical of new doctors and chiropractors offices but I felt welcomed after the first phone call with Kayla. I am only 22 with a full time career and good health insurance, but had some questions about the cost of treatment and how much I should expect to be shelling out. Dr. Kogler took the time to speak to me on the phone about the costs associated with the initial exam, x-rays and adjustments and put my mind at ease before I even stepped into the office. You can tell when a doctor is all about the money and not about your health and well being, and Dr. Kogler is definitely not one of those doctors. The assessment was thorough and I felt as if he understood exactly what my issues were. It has been about 6 months since I started treatment with Dr. Kogler and I feel ten times better. My chronic lower back and neck pain is very minimal compared to what it was before, and I look forward to my adjustments. Dr. Kogler and Kayla are a joy to be around and treat every single patient as a friend. I would recommend Interurban Chiropractic to anyone. read more
