Initially I started going to Dr. Tran for my chronic back pains that flares up pretty frequently due to tension. He uses what's called a Graston Technique where he provides a deep tissue massage in the inflamed ares before adjusting you. If you love deep tissue massage, you'll understand the process. If you don't understand Deep Tissue Massage, then you'll need to understand the purpose of them. Yes....you'll feel some pain during and soreness afterwards that feels like you worked out hard at the gym the previous day. The results are outstanding and my back pain doesn't flare up like it use to before. Soon as I feel the area tightening up, I make an appointment and Dr. Tran knocks it out immediately. Once you start the healing process, the recovery is much faster and will love the results. My husband started receiving treatments from Dr. Tran soon after I started. Anti- Inflammatory meds and a wrist brace prescribed by my favorite doc was not cutting the pain. She said my alternative was surgery. NOT in my mind!
