Throughout the whole process, Dr. Virk and Dr. Sahota were consultative and helpful -- not just with a treatment plan but also with how to navigate the insurance and legal procedures. Although the pain was concentrated in my neck and upper beck, the doctors helped my whole being by also adjusting and massaging other parts of my body I didn't realize needed attention, such as my lower back and upper chest. They also created an exercise program catered to my specific needs which I still do to this day. Jaclyn was a friend first before chiropractor to me, having held focus mitts for her at our boxing gym as she Mike Tyson'd her way through my hands. So while the rapport had already been established prior to me becoming a client of hers, her demeanor always remained the same: friendly, sweet, informative, and diligent in her craft. She is highly attentive to her patients' particular concerns while informing them of other things she notices with their bodies and functional movement, sometimes previously unbeknownst to said patients. Programs are personalized to cater to your needs and physical functionality. How do they know what to treat without knowing if you have slipped disc, herniated something or inflamed area causing your pain. Stopped going there after one of the cash payments I made as copay were incorrectly not credited. I would assume you can get better quality care with modern technological equipment that isn't rickety yard sale find quality anywhere else you go. They charge an in depth consultation fee that isn't covered under your insurance and is basically just an interview by doctor asking you what your issues are. I was expecting to be hooked up to something or use some sort of electronic machine to determine my issues. Nope. Just same 3 or 4 basic adjustments and you're off in 2 minutes. Don't get me wrong, the people here are very nice and pleasant. I did not have any bad experiences, other than the billing issue and lack of modern technology or diagnostics to treat my back pain. I would only recommend this place if this was the only clinic that accepted your insurance and you didn't have a mode of transportation to go elsewhere. If you have a ride, expand your search and go to a place that will actually work to heal you after diagnosing your problems with more than a hunch.
