I…read moreknow I've always felt aches and pains -- bad posture, bad habits, life.. but I didn't know how out of whack that literally makes my spine over the years. Coming here was the best thing I could gift myself. They take a series of xray, and they show you numbers on your xrays and compare the ideal numbers with your numbers. It puts into perspective why you feel what you do. The doctor spent time explaining things to me and answering my bajillion questions, which I really appreciated. Your spinal column is the highway in which all your major blood vessels travel to and from the heart, its like i-5. When you're out of alignment, your spinal columns don't get full clearance to do its work. It's kind of like when 405 closes all but one lane, we all know how that feels! Anyways when this happens, you can imagine all the diminished efficacy of the rest of your body that heavily depends on this spinal column of yours. If you don't trust me, just come in for an xray, and see what he has to say about where you're out of whack, and then correspond that mentally to where you often feel your aches and pain. Your insurance may already cover chiropractic visits so technically this could all be very low cost or even free! Just call in (they're super nice), and ask them to check your insurance benefits for you. They'll lay out how much is covered, and what you'll expect to pay (if anything). If you decide this is something you'd like to do, these visits after the xrays/diagnosing, are seriously like 5 minutes each. Super satisfying every time you come in. All that cracking -- you literally hear yourself getting back in alignment. Wish aligning my life was as easy as it is with my spine and chiro.. Happy cracking!

He seemed unfriendly and treated me like I was in bad shape because I was some type of a-hole. He wouldn't take any X-Rays and asked for previous X-Rays. I requested them to be sent and after 2 weeks I gave up them ever getting back to me for treatment and went elsewhere. I finally received a call on a Monday morning that they had my x-rays (3 weeks later). At this time I found someone else. Note, I had called them and told them I was in excruciating pain before I came but they didn't seem to care. I had called them so many times and they would not work on me until they had these x-rays. They charged me the full payment for a new patient and when I called back they seemed unfriendly so I am glad I never went there. I will not go back and enjoy my new chiropractor.

My insurance covered my visits when my original doctor was practicing, then suddenly "didn't cover" treatments when Chiro One took over! I had to pay out of pocket for 12 appointments with Chiro One, then after 12 visits my insurance "magically" kicked back in, visits went back down to what my insurance covered. That's bull. I should have consulted my insurance carrier, but that's on me. The down(est) side- Chiro One Corporate has the doctors in this practice taking patients into a hot box to develop a "care plan", which translates into a "financial plan". How embarrassing for the doctors, that's the job of the staff. Other negatives--there is no privacy when being adjusted, the adjustment tables are in the middle of a huge room. There is no phone communication with this office either, only texts. What about those who don't text? Be prepared to check what your insurance covers, don't believe what you're told.
