Even though English isn't Andy's first language, I have never had issues with communicating my needs to him. Upon leaving Bliss Massage Spa I feel so much better than when I walked in. Andy has gotten to know my body, my problem areas and knows how to help me work through these issues. He is professional and knowledgeable. I see Andy a minimum of once every three weeks for at least a 90 minute full body therapeutic table massage and would go into Bliss Massage Spa more often if my schedule allowed. The management is very helpful and when I call, I always get a "Hello Bobby" everytime. They always accommodate my hectic schedule and meet my requests. The prices are more than reasonable for the quality and service you get. Because of the lower cost of the services there is a suggested tip amount for excellent service. This suggested tip amount helps compensate the clinicians for the lower cost of services to you (similar to restaurant staff and their perceived or expected tip rates). This lower cost and suggested tipping amount is not uncommon among many foot and massage spas. I paid via Zelle and showed confirmation that the payment was processing, including the notification and account details. I also offered to follow up shortly to confirm once it cleared, as I needed to leave to pick up my daughter. Instead, I was repeatedly told to stay and wait. I was then followed outside, and the staff member actually got into my car to prevent me from leaving. I had to physically ask her to get out of my car. Shortly after, the payment went through as expected. I understand wanting to confirm payment, but this situation was handled in a way that felt extremely inappropriate and uncomfortable -- especially toward a long-time customer who was clearly trying to pay. It's disappointing because the massage itself was good, but the overall experience left me shaken and unsure I would feel comfortable returning.
