I've seen Anna many times and routinely have her focus on my rotator and lower back, results of being in an office chair too long. You will most certainly not be disappointed. I drive by this place all the time and have wanted to try it out for months. Well, I did today and…read moreit was awful!! Save yourself the hassle. The system does not allow for a no star rating; hence, the one star. Once the lady began the massage, we were interrupted three times for her to open the front door. The massage might have been decent but unfortunately, she only had 30 minutes between me and her "next appointment." Cut to the part where we're done and I ask her for change for my $20 bill and she returns with two $10 bills. She swiftly gives me one $10 bill back and I tell her I needed change. I then asked for a 10, a 5 and five ones. The lady starts to go off and says it is $10 tip for 30 minute massage. I asked her why she was determining her own tip and that's when I was met with a blank stare. I asked her once again to give me change, and she did not move. She simply stared at me. I was so baffled, but didn't want to do the back-and-forth when it seemed like she was the only one in the building. As I left, I did not see her "next appointment " in the front. Dont bother coming here. Go to LH Foot Care like I did after I left. They do 60 minutes for $40 and it was everything it should have been!
