I "booked" for deep tissue massage and the massage was obviously was not deep tissue. Or, rather, there were a few minutes out of an hour and the rest was some basic light massage. I know the owner mildy and I am on the email list. I wrote up a potential complaint and I emailed it to the owner. I know the owner mildly because of seeing a previous massage practitioner named Scott who previously worked here/there. (Scott no longer practices at this clinic/office/space.) She called me back, refused to refund any or all of the money I had paid. She said the problem lay with me for not insisting or asking the guy to do deep tissue; she offered to provided me with a discount on a subsequent massage. They do have you pay upfront before the service, which felt a little odd, but not a deal breaker. The only real downside for me was the communication--it could definitely be better. There was a mix-up where they skipped the foot massage, which I was looking forward to. Not the end of the world since no time was taken away and the massage itself was still amazing. Overall, I'd still come back and recommend this spot for a really solid massage.

We decided to stay even though we were greeted by a woman in a sailor moon outfit. She and an older woman gave us a couples massage. The drywall doesn't go up to the ceiling so there was plenty of noise distracting from the massage. Despite all this strange stuff, we enjoyed our cheap massages and came back today. We called to make an appointment yesterday for a 90 mins couples massage and were greeted today by a woman in a robe who asked if we can do 30 mins instead. She said to call next time and make an appointment. They don't speak English here and were using their phones to translate which made the interactions more confusing as we had an appointment and they told us to call next time. In summary, they give some good ass massages for cheap but who knows what you're walking into and whether or not you'll be seen for your scheduled appointment.
