The massages are great, but they are often short staffed. I get it, it's been tough. They have to lock the doors now due to more homeless and I get that too. They have to ask for the payment up front because people leave now without paying, I get that too. So many complaints but things have changed, they are often unsafe being there late. Be patient! Honestly the massage wasn't too bad. They do not have anyone specifically for front desk so they leave quite often to answer the phone or help someone. I was leaving and got blocked at the door by a lady asking (more like demanding a tip) which is fine because I was going to give her one. I have a hard time giving one star on any reviews because I know that is a challenging line of work. While getting the massage, I tried to think of the positive aspects to leave a thoughtful review, even though my experience was poor. However, as I was leaving they hassled me over the size of my tip which I felt was in very poor taste. So here is my honest review: I recently lost my job and am a solo parent and NEVER treat myself. However, for the last month I have had severe lower and upper back pain so I pinched pennies and scrounged up money for a massage. This was my third choice of a spot but the timing was right and I had never had an Asian massage so - why not? I don't know the ladies name who helped me but she barely spoke English and was not friendly at all (the other lady was requested multiple times and was actually very sweet mannered - just my luck). She demanded pay first - which, ok, I don't mind. Then directed me into a room gestured around and then left. So I got undressed... put on a robe and laid down...? I don't know I was confused. Normally there is a blanket to climb under and I didn't want to just When she came back she got my body warmed up (I guess that's how you would put it) by pushing me all over. Ok... not my past experience with massage but I will go with it. However, it didn't get better. She used her forearm in rapid succession without adding any pressure, she just basically pet me aggressively. She spent a LARGE amount of time on my calves and barely any on the large muscle groups that tend to have the most build up in them. She then flipped me other and started massaging my scalp... over my hair... that was pulled up in a bun. First - OUCH, second: it is going to take me all weekend to get this rats nest untangled -_- All that said, the place was cold - my feet and hands were ice. The "sections" are not private and the beds are REALLY uncomfortable (especially if you are already injured). She kept leaving the room for 5+ minutes various times so the 90 mins was probably more like 70. My back is still very very hurt and that was my last hope for healing... Anyways, I won't recommend this place, definitely not my masseuse, but you won't find me back there to give anyone else a chance. read more

I got the 60 minute foot massage. The massage was very and the full 60 minutes. I have been to a lot of these foot massage shops and this is the first one that didn't massage my back at all, but the price was good at $40 and the massage was good. I would go back if in this area. read more

This is an interesting cultural experience. I paid for a 60 minute massage, which was reasonably priced at sixty dollars. The masseuse didn't seem to know that, and about halfway through asked me if I "something-something-ower." I couldn't understand what she said, and we both laughed at the difficulty in communication. Then she left and found out it was sixty minutes, and came back in. I've had some really good masseuses at Massage Envy back in San Diego (I'm here visiting the grandkids), so to me, it was a decent massage, but nothing to write home about. It did not include my feet, which I thought was strange since they advertise foot massages. Based on another review here, I guess that's extra. Instead, when there were eight minutes left, she said "you want shower." It was more like a statement than a question, so I said, "Ok." So, she hands me a bathrobe and walks me into a back room, where there is a plastic-covered table. She warmed it up with a hand-held shower, and had me lay down. She proceeded to wash my back and legs and butt. Then she had me turn over, and she covered my privates with a washcloth (which had been exposed anyway at that point), and washed my front. Then she rinsed me off and had me get up and toweled me off. And that was it. Clearly, there's some cultural differences here between what I'm used to and what they expect! ;-) Anyway, while this was interesting, I'll probably look elsewhere next time I'm in Auburn. But I would recommend you try it at least once for the experience! read more

I have had a lot of Asian massages across the United States and US territories and Enjoy Massage fits in the top ten and that opinion is based on my first visit My review may change over time. The business was clean and professional. There is a language and cultural barrier that needs to be understood I had 90 minute massage and yes I paid up front. In my experience this is normal until you become a regular client. I gave my tip after my massage was finished, she didn't ask for her tip before I gave it to her. In the last year I've had 4 couples massages, multiple single deep tissue massages for just myself and a few foot massages/baths. Upsides: --I have never waited or had to "pre-book"--I call and say I'm on my way or show up and there has always been someone ready then for any service. --I always leave feeling GREAT; SO relaxed. These ladies really put in the energy and "elbow grease" to loosen your muscles. --They are competitively priced so you don't need to hunt down a deal or Groupon. Downside: The couples massage room is right next to the large front window so while it's covered with heavy drapes, you can hear the talking, cars and noise from the parking lot (it's in between a Lover's Shop and a tattoo parlor) read more

That was one of the best massages I've ever had. I would have given them 5 stars but when we gave a 25 percent tip she said more so I ended up giving her 35 percent. Literally the weirdest massage I have ever had. First the table was as hard as a rock they almost lay on you on some parts of the massage, I thought it was strange that they got on the table with you. Then they did some weird flicking thing to my fingers that hurt like heck. Then to top it off when your done they force you to tip them and when you do it isn't good enough I do not like being forced to tip because jones I wouldn't have. The only reason I am giving them 4 stars is before I even had a chance to get my wallet the young lady who gave me my massage started saying tip when you can clearly see a sign that says tips are recommended. My husband and I have been here a few times, the actual massage is very good...but a few things that are kinda off are that you can hear people talking outside on the sidewalk which kinda ruins the relaxing part of getting a massage, the lady that gave my husband his massage the last time we were there let her hands slide up an touch his "family jewels" a few times, and when they give you water and tell you to drink it would be nice if you could finish the dixie cup sizes water before they are throwing their tip sign in your face and demanding a certain amount! Just received an hour massage along with 5 others. My masseuse, Nicky, was amazing. When I get massages, I like it hard because I have a high pain tolerance. Don't let these petite women fool you. They pack a lot of strength. They literally work your whole body out. I have multiple knots all along my back and shoulders. Nicky worked them all out. When I went here a little after 10 the lady was still vacuuming. Kind of a weird thing to walk into especially once the place just opened. Anyways they woman I had was wicked nice, gave a pretty good massage. My only complaint is their prices are incorrect on their website. She charged me $100 for an hour body massage/an hour foot massage even though it said $90 on the website. I usually always check Yelp to see what's around the area I'm staying at. It had good reviews that's why I came. But I didn't care to argue with the lady so I didn't say anything. Also another thing is they charge you before you start. No idea why they would do that. Anyways since they overcharged me I only tipped the lady 15% instead of 20% which I normally do. My masseuse was Nancy. She is a sweetheart and she gives a great massage. The shop is clean and the table I was on was comfortable. At the end of the massage I was offered a free table shower, which, of course, I indulged! This place is totally legitimate and your modesty is kept intact, so you can bring hubby, wifey, mom or dad and know they will have a great time and not freak wondering if this is one of "those" places. Thought I'd get a nice relaxing massage so decided on a 4 hand massage which was $120 and lasted 50 minutes with 3 stops for reasons I'm not aware, and was asked for the tip 5 minutes into the massage! But one lady was doing my upper body medium pressure, slow. While her grandma was in a race to beat the hell out of my lower body! Even though I was really unhappy i went from relaxed and half asleep to wide awake and irritated, I'm still to nice not to tip so i handed them $20 for a tip making it $140 for the worst massage I've ever had, and they asked "is this for both?" which i replied "i asked for soft to medium, not rough and half ass, and i asked for an hour not 50 minutes" then walked out.
