Yes, it's true, they do answer the phone during services. But this is a small establishment and they're a bit understaffed, so have some grace for these sweet and talented masseurs. I always feel so much better after leaving here. They have a business card special (stamps)! I haven't redeemed one yet so I'm not sure what the reward is but I'll update it when I find out!

They do have you pay upfront before the service, which felt a little odd, but not a deal breaker. The only real downside for me was the communication--it could definitely be better. There was a mix-up where they skipped the foot massage, which I was looking forward to. Not the end of the world since no time was taken away and the massage itself was still amazing. Overall, I'd still come back and recommend this spot for a really solid massage.

While my passive ROM was moderate at best, my active was incapable of lifting. I suffered for a day and night, which I was up to experience most of it due to the pain. The next morning, I came to Panda Massage before they even arrived and waited in the parking lot. They were about 15 mins past the posted open time so I almost left but am so glad I waited. I called and due to a language barrier, an appointment was not secured. They arrived and the lady called me back. I went in and they greeted me immediately. I explained my pain and the manager assigned my therapist. My therapist was attentive, asked questions, conducted gait tests and immediately assessed with trigger point therapy. It was incredibly knowledgeable and effective. I was told to give it a couple hours and use my arm then come back in a couple days. Exactly that is what happened. My arm felt so much better. It would be a five star rating but when I went back I requested the same therapist, which I got. The therapist recommended oil massage vs combo. I complied because at this point, I am confident in their ability and expertise. I didn't feel the second treatment was good. Not even mediocre. To be fair, we went in the evening vs first thing in the morning, so the energy levels are completely contrasted. Either way, the first session was so amazing, I will be going back to reevaluate. Still definitely recommended.

After the massage I knew I had found a keeper! My husband and I have had couples massage (with hot rocks and essential oils) 4 times now. We have never had a less-than-outstanding massage, regardless of who was giving it. The place is not fancy, but everything is clean, the beds are heated. and the massages are professional. It makes you realize that the experience at franchise places is a lot of window dressing and not necessarily an outstanding massage. The prices are reasonable, especially if you compare it to some of the other places. I always make sure I tip well (and it is still cheaper than a Massage Envy), plus I prefer to patronize a local establishment whenever possible.

Wendell was an amazing LMP! You have the whole place to yourself when you get a massage (at least…read morethe three times I went I did). This made it extra relaxing. Wendell listens to your needs and customizes the massage in accordance to the tension in your body. It's great to have someone that listens to what you want, but they should also be able to feel the tension in your body and know where to focus, which he was great at. He happily explained where my body was tight(besides my obvious area of pain), and explained what he was doing, which I found to be really interesting! I saw Wendell twice and Sarah once. Sarah didn't even tell me her name when I walked in so I went the entire time not even knowing her name. I didn't care enough to sign into my account to see or to ask.. I was in pain and just wanted some relief. I had to tell her multiple times to focus on my back but instead she chose to go over my arms and legs twice... The deep tissue massage felt more like a swedish and I left still in pain :(. She is good if you're looking for a basic swedish massage, but not if you're in pain and need any sort of specialized massage. I can't say I didn't leave her feeling more relaxed. It wasn't awful, it just didn't help me for what I came in for.
