Dr Wes is rude asf! Dude had an attitude problem as if he was the one waiting on me, when it was definitely the other way around. He needs an adjustment..an attitude adjustment. What's the point of going somewhere to relieve stress and be dealing with a stress case? How was he rude?? For one- he showed frustration over a simple miscommunication on whether I was a new patient there or not. Then when he asked for ID, I was explaining I had an electronic copy and also a physical copy. Before I could finish my sentence, he rudely cuts me off, rolls his eyes and proceeds to say I need an actual physical copy as if I don't have it. I just walked tf out! It is too early on a Friday morning to be dealing with a miserable individual. I really appreciated the chiropractor staying until 7pm as that was the time that this location is scheduled to close. I called ahead at 6:30pm to ask if it was worth even making the trip since it was a 25 minute drive for me. The front desk lady on the phone was SO nice and let me know that "he'll be there at 6:52 when you pull up. He'll even be there at 7pm if you show up then." However, when I arrived at 6:55pm, the chiropractor was already lockimg the door. I rushed over to see if he'd still take one more adjustment for the day and I didn't even get a hello. He said "I thought you'd be here already." Like I didn't just race to get there after I had called and given him a heads up. I apologized profusely and tried to explain that I wouldn't have made the trip if he was leaving early. He didn't even bat an eye. He adjusted me in silence and i felt awkward the whole time. I'm a big guy and the doctors can never seem to adjust me properly. Their adjustments are very weak. My regular chiropractor that I go to at another clinic in Kirkland never has a problem adjusting me. Part of the problem is that the quality of the doctors is not consistent and frankly bottom of the barrel. I wonder how some of them even passed the chiropractic exams. They are very busy just before closing so you have to wait a long time. You must wait a long time if a new patient is getting adjusted. They don't spend much time with you as well. They have 2 chiro tables but I've never seen 2 doctors. They were closed on MLK day. They never had a sign on the window to mention that on the days before. I've been there before closing and sometimes they close earlier. I was not getting my money's worth. Eventually, I just gave up and canceled my subscription. read more

Unfortunately by the time they say they will treat me, my guess is I won't need them again. I just got back from my first Chiropractic visit in almost 27 years and my body sure needed it and it was like it remembered how good it feel to be in alignment. Dr White was compassionate as I told her the key points of why I had come back to a more holistic approach to my health. The regular Dr's want everything to be about illnesses that need medicine but I'm going back to the basic of why you need a dual approach to your health. without only relying on Primarily used up old ways that need to be balanced out with continuing education on mind body and spirit. So glad this location just opened up and is closer to home. I got adjusted by Dr. White and it feels so good! She is a great Chiropractor. I'm sure I'll be back again. Unethical and unprofessional business practices. Despite every attempt at sending requests for canceling my son's account, on 9/27/2022, they continued to charge my account, for 3 additional months, stating that they never received my cancellation form. I drove down in the snow, as Dr. White and her staff refused to help me or return my phone calls or e-mails. I requested cancellation IN-PERSON, TODAY, I was met with disdain and hesitation to help me or make it right in any way. She told me that I never replied, then I proved that I sent the e-mail and cancellation form (albeit blank, as my form answers did not save); that didn't change my request, and they NEVER made any attempt to let me know that it was in fact blank but did reply with 'thank you' when I sent the form (see below), and continued to charge me $39 (x3), despite numerous, OBVIOUS requests to cancel. I did NOT authorize these 3 months of charges, and thank God, my bank agrees and is reversing the charges. Thankfully, I have complimentary legal services and work, and will be seeking assistance, but consumers need to be made aware of how incredibly unethical and irresponsible they are. We had a terrible experience at The Joint Chiropractic at Bothell .. My wife was in lot of pain and visited their clinic.. She had to sign some forms to start the treatment which put us on subscription of $79 per month. She had a couple of visits there but she did not get any relief and her pain worsened, so she discontinued the visits. Forward 6 months, while checking our credit card statements we found out that the Joint was charging us $79 every single month since the first few visits. We reached out the Joint and were bounced from one person to another finally landing with their manager who simply refused to refund even a single dollar even when we had not taken any service from them post first 2 visits just because they made us sign that form that put us on a monthly sub. We explained to the Joint that my wife was in extreme pain and it is just human to overlook those details and further she was not explained any of these terms and conditions while signing the forms. Despite our requests, we have not received any refunds. Please be extremely careful with your hard earned money with them.. Their lack of willingness to refund our money reflects on how they poorly they treat their customers. read more

My husband came here a few times and had a great experience, until yesterday 08/15 around 11-12. The person he saw was new to him and was rude and moody. The system wasn't working so that put him in a bad mood because he couldn't see my husbands chart. He then proceeded to do adjustments without seeing any information from my husband chart. He was extremely rough while adjusting my husband. Today now my husband is now uncomfortable and in a lot of pain and feels like he has a pinched nerve. The entire experience was unprofessional, uncomfortable and painful. Would not recommend coming here. My husband is way worse now than he was before. I'm a long time patient here and have been feeling much better after seeing 'Wes' for several weeks now. Today, however is a different story. I paid a visit fully expecting to see Dr. White who typically works Mondays. To my surprise there was a new doctor and no receptionist (this has become all too common at this location). This new dr was friendly enough and reviewed my chart. The issue is that now I feel so much pain in my neck and right shoulder after seeing this dr. He adjusted my shoulders while I was standing, which I have never had done and he shouldn't have deviated from my care plan which, isn't that the point to have notes on each patient? So now I have terrible neck spasm and can't hold my right arm up to work. This will probably take a few days to get right and since tomorrow is 4th of July, I won't be able to see the chiro until Wednesday. What I expect is communication in advance that 1- the regular dr isn't in and 2- the dr should always follow chart notes and NOT try new adjustments. I don't care if each dr has their own 'approach'. This just sucks now. I will be asking for a credit of 3 visits as that is how long I think it will take to feel good again! This is my first time with a chiropractor and my experience went great! I was randomly looking for a chiropractor around 11PM on a Thursday, I went and signed up for their $29 New Patient Special for a complete consultation, exam and adjustment. The next day at 11AM, they had texted me and asked when I would like to make an appointment for so I had booked for a 6PM appointment. I can't believe they take appointments this late. (THIS IS REALLY AWESOME, btw!) I went and got checked in by Megan at the front desk. She is awesome. From checking me in to closing my appointment, she has given me excellent customer service. On my appointment, I went and got seen by Dr. Michael Moran. He made me feel welcome (being a new patient and a first time going to a chiropractor.) Asked about everything he needed to know about my concerns with the pain and knew exactly what needed to be done. It was scary at first hearing all the popping sound but he made me feel secure and safe. Overall, I would rate this experience a 100% for being my first time. The Joint in Bothell makes me cringe even driving by it now. I signed up for the 2 month subscription and each time coming in had to be semi greeted by a very snotty young person in the front. I figure that is okay even though off-putting as I'm there to see the doctor. The first doctor I went to multiple times was okay, but not the best and fairly rough where I had to ask him to stop pushing on my midback repeatedly until it hurt my stomach and this happened more than 3 visits. The most horrifying aspect of the Joint is there was one doctor there who greeted me with a fake "Asian" accent (I'm Asian myself) continuing talk to me in this insulating manner and after trying to say hi in Chinese (I'm not Chinese). I was checking into Chiropractors to work with with my insurance company. I soon found out that my $40 deductible would cost me more than using THE JOINT. Paying directly ends up costing me LESS than half the price of going through my insurance. The big bonus for me is NO NEED for an appointment. My schedule makes is super hard for me to plan in advance. I just drop in whenever I like and boom, I am out in less than 20 minutes. Dr. Moran listened to all my concerns, assessed my issues and went to work. I like that I can see the same Dr every time so they know what is going on. The whole cracking and moving things around freaks me out a tad as I have heard of people being too aggressive. I have, so far, had no issues or concerns with Dr. Moran. First of all, the Joint is a wonderful establishment and I have been a member for many years! I am from LA and while traveling in WA I found Dr. White at the Bothell joint location. Dr. White is very in tune with your body and needed adjustments she took her time and was very professional.
