Chicken parm and pizza
Michelle C.

The only thing I recommend from this place is the pizza, I went on Saturday to try the Chicken Alfredo and the pizza, and the chicken or the Alfredo pasta had NO flavor whatsoever, I went again the following Monday because I wanted to try the Chicken Parm and again, only amazed by the pizza but the spaghetti or the chicken had noooooo flavor, I was so sad tbh, not worth the cost of it, it's also not white meat, I think that's very important too... I also tried the Tiramisu, and sadly it was flavorless as well.

The former owner, may he rip. I fondly remember him. He was always here welcoming diners.

I don't frequent Italian spots as much simply because I try to minimize my carb intake. However, I treated my mom to lunch and she loves Italian. Plus, this had been on my local list to try for a very long time. Overall it was meh for me. The service was borderline aggressive and in such a hurry they hardly made eye contact. The food was what I would expect, heavy on the salt, sugar, and oversauced. I didn't see any options on the lunch menu for a lemon based sauce which is my usual go to. I wonder if they make their own pasta in house? The bread, salad, coffee, and tiramisu were good. Not sure I would come again but I will say the best part of the experience for me was the location and ambiance. You could tell it was a home at one point with lots of real charm. T

First off, I was here in El Paso for a work trip and I was craving some pasta but wanted some fish…read more So my beautiful girlfriend sent me the link for this place and I instantly knew it was going to be fantastic. I ordered the Farfalle Bella Sera with shrimp and no chicken, lobster bisque came with it and I ordered 6 slices of their garlic toast, TO GO. Let me TELL YA, this food was piping hot when I picked it up. The garlic toast slices paired so well with the lobster bisque, I called my girlfriend and told her I fainted of a food orgasm. I obliterated the garlic toast slices and lobster bisque BEFORE I opened my pasta. Absolutely amazing. Now comes the Farfalle - the sauce was so perfectly seasoned, I can't even tell you how delicious that first bite was. The actual pasta, was so perfectly cooked, I couldn't believe it. What they don't tell you, is that they include a small loaf of bread that's sliced for dipping - you can bet your butt, those piece of bread surfed throughout my pasta engulfment. The shrimp was so tender and delicious, I couldn't stop eating. I saved 2 pieces of bread to surf the tsunami of deliciousness of the leftover sauce after the pasta poofed from container into my stomach. All in all, I am so glad I took it to go because if I had to eat there, they would've either had to put me on a dolly to roll me out, or I would've had to roll myself out. I couldn't move after I ate the entire meal. It was so unbelievably fantastic, I highly recommend you come here and tell them that BOB sent you - from YELP.

When we found out that we could order via catering I went straight for it. I let my wife know and she got excited like I was. We ordered our favorite chicken Parmesan and it came with four servings of the chicken Parmesan, a full tray of spaghetti with the sauce, a full tray of the garlic bread, a full tray of the salad, and with all the fixings in assorted to go containers, and it costs just over 60 bucks. When I brought it home it was memory Lane for our taste buds and for our stomach. And triggered off all the memories that we talked about when Cappettos used to be open on Montana. It would be great if they could reopen that building I believe it's still standing I'm not sure. Or just reopened. Period! We're definitely going to do a repeat reordering because they're still so much more of the menu to revisit. We're looking forward to it

Available for free pick-up or delivery with a delivery fee. *I'm in a Cappetto's Fan Page on facebook and came across a fellow fanatic who posted this tidbit of news lol. I was to finally be reunited with my seafood fettuccine and was counting down the days. I marked it for pickup and the prices for the amount of food was A STEAL. Make sure to order extra garlic bread because you will open up the catering pan and eat a few on your way home. They have a half tray of 24 slices of garlic bread and salad for $20. Once I got home, I started realizing that the amount of sauce for the fettuccine was more than enough. We honestly had leftover to dip bread in for the next few days. The pasta for a half tray was about $60 and fed our family. The breakdown per cost per plate is definitely max bang for your buck. Every bite was my childhood and upbringing coming back to life. I was in disbelief I was having my favorite dish in El Paso once again. My family now knows we will have A Taste of Cappetto's everytime I'm back in town. Honestly, I jokingly would make a comment I'd sell my kidney for Cappetto's again so IDK if I'm now contractually obligated to this with someone out there in the universe.

If you're looking for a truly unique dining experience in El Paso, this place is a must. From the…read moremoment you walk in, you can tell it's something special. The restaurant is made up of individually themed rooms, each with its own personality, and the stories about the building's legendary hauntings only add to the charm. Our servers even shared some of the history, making the evening feel like more than just dinner. We sat in the casino room this visit and look forward to sitting in one of the other rooms next visit. The room was intimate and interesting but also allowed us to have a cozy meal with conversation. The food was outstanding. You can taste that the pasta is made to order and that the sauces are authentic and prepared with care. My friend and I shared the pasta nachos, lasagna, cheese ravioli, and chicken Parmesan, and every single dish was excellent. We somehow still found room for dessert and enjoyed the cheesecake, Mrs. B's strawberry cake w spumoni ice cream. The sauces were incredible and all was so fresh. What impressed me most, though, was the hospitality. This is a true family restaurant, and you can feel it. The service was exceptional, not just from our server, but from several members of the staff who stopped by to introduce themselves, check on us, and genuinely make us feel welcome. The pacing of the meal was perfect. We had heard about the famous singing waiter, but unfortunately was out sick. Even so, they surprised us by arranging a special serenade over the phone, despite the fact that we hadn't even ordered the pizza that usually comes with the performance of "That's Amore". It was such a thoughtful touch and perfectly reflects the heart of this restaurant. In a world where so many restaurants feel alike, this place is a rare gem in Central El Paso. Incredible food, unforgettable atmosphere, and genuinely warm people. We'll absolutely be back.
