This company is a joke. Made an appointment to have a cover installed on my truck for 9am. Showed up and it's not even there. No one called to reschedule the appointment. I was then asked if I would be in the area and come back or they could ship to my home so I could install. I paid them to install. Now I see why they ask for payment upfront. Do not trust. Calling my bank today and reporting this as fraud. BEWARE. Poor customer service seNo wonder they have low ratings. DO NOT TRUST. Update 3/519. Stay away from this place like the plague. They recently offered a groupon for tinting but when I called to make the appointment they informed me that the groupon tinting was restricted 40% without disclosing it on the fine print (I wouldn't have bought it if I had known about the restriction). When I brought this to their attention over the phone they argued a bit but finally agreed to do the specific % I had wanted. I made the appointment for 9am. On the day of the appointment I arrived exactly on time....but the owner (John?) was 30 mins late. Trying to keep positive, we exchanged pleasantries and started to discuss the tinting process. I finally brought up the % I had wanted and that's when things started down hill again. They refused to do anything else besides 40% and then they offered to "upgrade" (+$100) for my choice of tint % and because the 40% was less "color stable" (CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH). I asked that he put the 40% restriction in writing so that I could return the groupon and he refused. Enforce an undisclosed restriction then not be honest enough to stand behind it by putting it in writing? Very very very shady. So, not only was I lied to on the phone, but when asked to put the restriction in writing all he could say was "that's not how we do things". STAY AWAY. read more

BEWARE: Consumer Beware--this establishment is not reputable. Shoddy wiring done for LED lights by an inexperienced employee screwed up my vehicle wiring and fuse. It was out of commission for a month after I got it back from Installation Doctor! The owner, John, accepted responsibility and was initially willing to do the right thing but when it was time step up to the plate he backed out leaving me with the bill. Very poor character, dishonest, and lacks integrity. Report made to the Better Business Bureau. Will have to take case to Magistrate Court and sue business (John) to get my $$. Stay away! Had speakers installed in my van before a long driving vaca, sounded great for 3 days before they stopped working. Made apt when I got back. I waited for 2 hrs for the fix. Didn't even make it home. Called them back, told bring it in 9 am , when they open. No one showed up til 9:15. They asked if I wanted to wait which I did. Wasn't done til after lunch, no apology for any of the inconvenience. It's now been a few months and yesterday I shut the door and the whole lest side stopped working again. Great place. Fast, and courteous. Perfect install. Audi a4 and a Kenwwod stereo. I started with Best Buy Geek Squad. They ordered the wrong wire harness adapter, then told me the right one was 140 dollars. Called these guys, they had the part in stock and it was 25 dollars. Got the radio installed there for the same price BB wanted to charge me for the part. Will come back here for any future needs. read more

This business was great until my last experience. I had them install my interlock device and allow was great. There were a few things that bothered me with the install that I overlooked. A few vents in my dash were broken from removing the cluster surround and the gear indicator wasn't put back in right. But I just fixed those things myself and didn't push anything. Things happen. I ended up going to get my monthly calibration done there because it was quick and easy. No appointment needed and you were out in 10 minutes. When it came to installing the device I got it done in a day and paid him the $50. When it came to getting it removed I called to pencil me in and all was fine. I called the day before. The interlock company had to finalize the removal and it was clear when I had them pencil my appointment In and we both understood. The Interlock company called to finalize and the owner said he didn't have anything until the next week to remove it. I was told prior it only takes a few minutes to remove the device so really it's easy to just stop in and get it taken out. But obviously that changed when he's only getting laid $12.50 to remove the device, rather then the $50 to install it. After the actual removal from a different business I was shown the hack job installation doctor did to my dash harness. I'm pretty mechanically inclined and I know what I'm doing. This place did a job that would make a 10 year old kids job look very good. I'm not certain my vehicle is going to start when it is supposed to every time now with what they did to the wiring harness under the dash. It's a typical complete hack job done by installation doctor. I would not recommend anyone using this business for anything. I would not have them install anything in anything you own. The business opens at 9am and I've been there waiting at 9:15 and no body was there to open the business. Then the owner rolls in late and takes another 15 minutes to get everything going. I am confident the owner doesn't care about his business or his name and it shows in his employees as well. If your going to run a service business you need to have half decent customer service. This place does not have the from even the owner. I've seen his location up for lease and I hope he leaves this business behind and a more reputable shop can go in there and do a good job. read more

I have installation Doctor work on my TBird a number of time. Back up camera, vent doors, Blue Tooth. I have been 100% satisfied with their work. Example, Ford wanted $540.00 to install vent door. They did it for $100. I can site other work at a fraction of car dealers prices. If you want the best, you have to be patient and they will get it done right. read more

I had an appointment at 9:00 this morning to have wheels installed on my vehicle. We went past At 11:30 and they still hadn't pulled it in the garage. It's now 4:15 and I'm still waiting on my vehicle. What's the point of an appointment if you take walk in customers over customers with appointments? Not pleased with the service. Let me start off i used them to install tint on my car which was cut wrong and had obvious missing spots where they ran out of material or didnt want to cut a angle so i brought it back to be repaired while in their lot one of their employees crashed into my car with another customers vehicle and the staff had no clue what to do the office personnel knew nothing about any insurance and were no help at all. So in conclusion not only can they not do the job right the first time but do not trust them to be able to operate a vehicle either. read more

I have a Chevy Silverado and needed a new radio with cd player. The salesman recommended a nice one which I bought and it is the best radio I have ever had. The installation was done perfect and has worked very good since and that was about 8 months ago. Very satisfied. read more
