The restaurant is housed in a brick historic building and while it was very done up and modernly decorated inside, the same inside was very small and they have very limited seating. Came here for a late brunch on Sunday and we had to sit at the bar at first. Many tables became empty at 2pm but none of the servers asked whether we wanted to be seated. We had been waiting for about 20min after putting in our food orders but since our food hadn't arrived, I would've expected an offer to sit at a real table. Anyways, I asked for us to be seated and was able to enjoy our meal in a more comfortable setting. The decor was really polished, high end looking with metallic accents. The bar was beautiful and the bathrooms were fancy! Love the wallpaper! Servers were friendly, fine but service time took way too long. I suppose due to limited seating, the place was already packed and due to the space constriction, their walk in deep freezer and pantry is located outside! So I can see why all that would add to the service time. The food was excellent. BF ordered this pork belly eggs benedict with sweet potato hash and I got the French Crost (croissant toast!) with pistachio and condensed milk. Wow. Presentation was very appetizing and taste was great. Wish the eggs benedict dish came with more than 1 egg tiny poached egg though. Prices were actually reasonable compared to Blue Door and portions were appropriate; we finished every morsel but left full. This visit left me curious about the rest of their brunch menu items and regular dinner menu!

Amazing food! We felt a little rushed by service, but the menu is fantastic offering dishes for various price points. My salmon was cooked to perfection as was my husband's duck, all Seasoned well. Wine selection was pretty decent too. Neat venue...old building with exposed brick and high ceilings. The outdoor seating looked fun too...tho it was winter when we visited. I'd like to go back and try various menu options.

First time visiting and I'll just lead off to say we will be back! If you're into bourbon this is the place for you! One of the best selections I've seen in NEO, including some really premium stuff, from various bottles of Pappy to the $10k per bottle Wellers Millenium, which sits in a place of honor high above the bar... Beautiful space in a converted I'm guessing early 20th c schoolhouse, our cocktails were genuine craft quality and our sandwiches were delicious. I had the French dip, and the steak was pieces of cut ribeye, really nice with both jus and creamy horseradish sauce. Service was super friendly and attentive - both the lounge area and the dining room are pleasant. Lounge has banquettes and tables and the dining room leather backed booths. First of many visits I am sure...

I was glad we took a chance with The Industry in Akron for Valentine's Day. First of all what impeccable service, just a felt like a one-to-one ratio, but I know that our server was spread thin. We went for a late lunch just because they were booked for dinner and we tried the lobster rolls two ways which worked out because my wife likes the buttered lobster and I like the lobster salad version and we also tried Au Jus steak sandwich, and some wonderful wonderful deviled eggs with pork belly on them. Just start to finish. It was a great meal. I can't give anything but two thumbs up.

Came on a Saturday during the lunch menu offerings. Really nice space. Ski lodge vibes sort of? The bowls all sounded amazing. I was ton but went with a salmon with lemon dill risotto, fried capers, arugula, pickled onion, tomato salad, and beurre blanc. Fantastic on all fronts. Risotto was cooked to perfection and the dill really popped. Salmon cooked perfectly. Can't wait to go back for the chicken balsamic offering!

This is definitely my new favorite brunch spot! Located in Green OH where every corner of this renovated 1850s schoolhouse is absolutely stunning! Our server Abby gave great recommendations! They have a nice patio area and bar! I'm obsessed with the soft leather booth seats. Everything was incredible and we can't wait to come back to try the dinner menu and crafted cocktails! Really cute vibes. Exposed bricks, good color scheme cozy environment. Indoor or outdoor seating. We sat inside with view for the exposed brick really pretty. They legit have a little library, take a book share a book nice little detail. Food and service were good. Had the calamari app it was good some of the rings a little tough. Has a lemon tint to it which was good but could use a sauce. My s/o had the Pork with Brussel sprouts and Purple mash was sweet and tasty the addition of a horse radish would be a nice little sweet and spicy. I had the mushroom ravioli and blackened chicken which was good. Drinks were good. The cucumber cocktail and light logger. Would come back.

Well, this is a restaurant experience I'll never forget - not because of the restaurant, per se, but because of a major car accident I found myself in soon after I left... but I digress! I tried The Industry out for a work celebratory dinner a couple months ago, and it was packed on a rainy Thursday night! For only being in business for a few months, that's great news! It did mean that it took a long time for us to get our drinks and food. I think we were there for nearly 3 hours! The bathroom was nicely decorated but the floors were a bit dirty. The classy interior was chic and modern and the building itself, is historic and well-maintained. As with most new restaurants, some fine-tuning is needed on service both with speed of service and memory of the menu itself. I'm sure this will get worked on in no time. Now the menu is small and well-curated. My colleagues and I tried a few cocktails, two appetizers to share, and had our own main dish. My mojito was average and I regret ordering the duck cubano. It didn't have any other meat on it other than duck and had no mustard! I think my djion mayo was forgotten and honestly, it should just be regular dijon on it anyway. And it should have been panini-pressed. My coworkers meals all looked great though, especially the Nashville hot chicken sandwiches! The Bavarian pretzel app was also pretty dynamite. I could chug gallons of that melted guyere cheese for sure. While my memory of my night at The Industry is tarnished by my car accident (I know it's not their fault- but it's all I associate it with now!), the food is a 4/5, service a 3/5, and vibes a 5/5. I could come back... if someone else drove! Haha! Jkjk but I would come back later to see how it has improved.

Checked out The Industry last night for a date night. It did not fail to amaze us. The staff is super nice, very attentive, and had a great sense of humor that played along with our style. They were able to anticipate our needs before we needed the "thing" and it created for such a more relaxing experience. We started with a few appetizers. The Bread and Spread was a standout, especially the Garlic spread with its smooth, buttery finish. The Deviled Eggs were elegantly presented and had a nice texture. However, the Lobster Poutine was a bit disappointing, with more potato than meat and subtle flavors that didn't quite stand out. I had the Steak with Wild Mushroom Risotto and it was fantastic. The steak was cooked as I liked it, the Risotto had a smooth and buttery finish. The Vegetable was a little on the crunchy side, but I prefer it like this. Needless to say, I didn't share much and would easily order this again. I would absolute be back to The Industry. It is great to see such a nice restaurant coming to the area!

I had lunch there today and ordered the Patty Melt. Check out the pic. It was delicious and the portions will require me to have it for dinner too. Service was Great but I would highly recommend that to get reservations.

We went here for a valentines lunch and had a fantastic time! This was our second time here and it has yet to disappoint. Everything I've tried here has been so good. The bread and spread appetizer was a surprising favorite. I had the chicken ceaser salad as my main, and as expected-it was delicious. I'm very particular about my chicken and theirs was cooked perfectly! Definitely recommend checking this place out for your next date night or special occasion.

Very cool, unique place, there is nothing else like it in this area in my opinion, it's an old 1900s school house turned into a gastropub/speakeasy type feel. We sat in the lounge which next time I would sit on the other side; the lounge was noisy and close together, you are right on top of other people so it's hard to hear over everyone else's conversations but definitely would be better if your meeting someone for just drinks! The food was good, and I thought priced fair for what this place is, you definitely don't see a lot of this stuff on other menus. We will return, right now it's reservation only so make sure to check their socials to see if they have walk in availability!

First of all, I'll say the lobstah rolls were ON POINT. They were like seriously so good. I am always hesitant to get a lobstah rolls in Ohio (or anywhere that's not New England really.) Sometimes even the ones in any state south of Connecticut suck, and that includes places like Florida that are surrounded by water. Anyhow, I digress. They did a GREAT job with these. Clarified butter, lemon, generous meat portions, the right kind of bun. They even give you one Maine style and one Connecticut style. They used the right kind of roll. I am a BIG fan of the person who did some research to get this right. Second, the ambiance was just gorgeous. The venue is a good mix of historic and modern. Nice, clean, and chic decor. It was raining outside, but the outdoor space looked really cool too. The service was honestly the only part I struggled with. If the food weren't so good, I could not rate this place so high. Service was aloof, at best. Rude, at worst. Even if the place looks like it belongs in NYC, the attitude doesn't need to match......I ordered my food to go, which went fine, although it seemed to catch them off guard. They must not have many to go orders. So the bar was about 85% full and I snagged a seat at the end, thinking I'd order an Old Fashioned while I waited. They looked so good! Well the lady next to me snapped "someone is sitting there!" So I jumped up. "Sorry", I shrugged. Sheepishly I kind of hovered there at the end of the bar. I think she was embarrassed, because she said "oh, you can sit here til he arrives". I didn't do so. My food shouldn't be long (which it wasn't). So I made eye contact with the bar tender and smiled, as I held the cocktail menu in my hand. Said tender of bar wiped down the surfaces of the bar, straightened the bottles, and did everything but approach me for my order. Meanwhile, enter the guy whose seat was being held. He kind of pushed me out of the way to get into his chair and sat down. The bartender immediately came over and took his order, still ignoring me. {Sigh}. I think if I were that late arriving guy, I might have said "hey, she was first- go ahead and get her order". Nope. He was rude too. I never did get to try that amazing looking Old Fashioned. Left the bar area with my tail between my legs. But not for nothing, my food arrived a few minutes later and I got out of there and enjoyed my luscious lobster rolls. So for that they get four stars. That's just how good the food was.

Several weeks ago, we (3 couples) stopped in for drinks after dinner around 9PM. It was fairly crowded, and we had to stand for a bit until some seating opened up. Service was slow, but it is craft drinks, so a bit understandable. However, after about 10 minutes of sitting, my wife bussed our table (multiple glasses, receipts, trash). The bartender was snippy and rude. We ordered another round, then left. Saturday night we returned for drinks after dinner again (8:00PM), this time with 3 other couples (8 people). We arrived first, and while there weren't any seats, it didn't seem as crowded as the last time. However, I over heard one bartender say to the other bartender "I'm not putting up with this shit again", and then proceeded to lock the main door. As our full party had not arrived, we had no choice but to leave. I'm not certian, but I suspect locking the door may be against fire code. After dealing with rude bartenders, and being locked in because the bartenders don't want to deal with a crowd, we certianly won't be going back.

I've had 35 Brix about 5 or 6 times in the past year - once eating in and 4 or 5 times catered at work. I could have sworn I would have posted a review of my food from 35 Brix by now, but according to Yelp, I have not yet. Long story short, it is a nice place in Uniontown, Ohio with a pretty extensive menu and are okay at catering work lunches, but the food always sounds better then it actually tastes. In the 5 or 6 times I've had lunch from 35 Brix, I have been disappointed in my food 2 or 3 times. The one time I have eaten in, I got a chicken flatbread pizza and enjoyed that very much. However, when ordering my catered lunch of choice, there have been as many hits as misses. Memorably, the reuben sandwich was wayyyy to wet and a bit weak on the meat. Fries can be floppy and unseasoned as well. I do remember enjoying their Cobb salad and was impressed at the freshness of the produce. However, the one time I ordered the Berry Crunch Salad with Blackened Shrimp, I was disappointed to see how stingy they were on the shrimp. For $21, I was expecting more than 3 little shrimpies. As for the lunch from today, (February 11th, 2026), I was feeling like being a fatty but also a health queen and ordered the prime rib wrap (light sauce) and a brix wedge salad as my side (no blue cheese or dressing) which has an upcharge. I had ordered a brix wedge salad back in August 2025 with feta instead of blue cheese and it was quite good. Sadly, my wedge salad was not a winner this time - too few vegetables and they put the blue cheese in there, despite me asking for them not to include it! It was very hard picking out the blue cheese and kind of ruined my salad experience, ngl. My prime rib wrap was a little better. They listened and put the sauce on the side (#healthqueen) but this $16 wrap was a bit skimpy on the prime rib. Tasted good though. So 35 Brix isn't a 5 star joint for me, despite some of the good meals I have had here. They tend to mess up orders from time to time too. I do recommend trying their food for yourself though! Some of the items are quite creative, like the sweet potato pizza or the bougie pierogies! I do wish to try one of their cocktails too!

I'd give this a 4.25 stars. If you read my reviews, you know that terrible car accidents happen to me after work dinners (see review on The Industry for one such example). Thankfully, dear readers, I did not have any car incidents after THIS specific work dinner. Haha! Anyway, The Bistro of Green is in a strip mall five minutes from my work office and is an institution for locals in the area - people in my group were reminiscing about coming to Bistro multiple times a month before Covid, back when they were open for lunch. The menu seems to change often. They do have a couple specials on a board outside the door that are not on their printed menu, just FYI. Our dinner took over 2 and a half hours, starting with complimentary bread and our drinks of choice. The free bread was fine. I ordered a seasonal cocktail, the Apple Cranberry Sangria, despite cocktails not having a price listed (see menu picture). I tend never to order things that do not have the price listed but the cocktail sounded too good to resist. It was yummy and very sugary and fruity, with added mint leaves that definitely brought it up a notch! Our party also split 4 appetizers: the hot peppers ($13), baked provolone ($14), calamari ($16), and flatbread ($16). As the portions are not meant to be shared between 10 people, I only had a little bit of each. I wasn't into the peppers (too mushy) but the calamari was my favorite! I could see myself ordering this as a dinner just for myself in the future. Two thirds of the hot pepper dish was ignored by the group in the end. For my main, half of which I took home as it was getting very late and my drive back home is almost an hour, I chose to get the Bistro burger (medium rare) and fries ($18). This was chosen based on cost alone - even though I really wanted a chicken or steak dish, I just could not afford them. I am only a lonely assistant, not a CEO! I debated getting one of the other sandwich options, also both $18, but the lack of pictures either on Google or Yelp made me just stick with a burger. My lack of funds kept me from being too adventurous for this dinner, sadly. Next time, I'd be down to try their fancy grilled cheese (or steak, if someone else foots the bill). The burger was good, although not amazing, and the fries were that nice mix of just oily and crispy enough. Service was okay. Things apparently got busy at the bar, so it took longer than it should have for us to get our drinks and food throughout the night. As for vibes, it was nicely decorated for Christmas, lights were dim, and Christmas music played softly in the background. No complaints here! In the end, for a sangria, burger, fries, tax, and tip (plus a 3% surcharge for using a credit card), my dinner cost me over $40. Can you imagine just how much worse the bill would have been if I hadn't gotten the cheapest thing on the menu? Next time, I will also remember to bring cash. And choose a more unique dish.
