The coffee and the scone were also very good! Would be great stop during future trips! The interior is a factory setting with hug ceiling and a fully glass wall overlooking the streets!

The service was friendly and they have a welcoming little space that doesn't feel too crowded and feels nice to linger in. BUT the thing I can't get past is the price. I thought maybe because they make many of their ingredients or because it could be organic or gluten-free or something that drives the cost up? But then I looked at other comparable places around town: also locally-owned and homemade-focused. CPR is still way more expensive! $7.50 for a 12-ounce mocha PLUS $1.25 to sub oat milk. That's $8.75 for a small drink. The most I can find alternative milk costing per drink is $0.75 in town. No matter how good your food is or how much you've put into it, I cannot justify spending $8.75 for a 12 ounce treat more than once or twice a year. I'm sorry I can't visit more often. :(

The quality of their ingredients is good - probably the best I've found in the Eugene/Springfield area. Their vegan cinnamon roll is also good - rich/sweet frosting that balances well with the pastry that isn't dry and is sweet enough that makes you keep going in for the next bite. They have a bright, rustic interior with high ceilings, a variety of indoor/outdoor seating, and surrounded by a few local businesses (spice & tea, antique, plant stores). Perfect for meeting up with friends, or taking a date. 3)DID I MENTION HOW INEXPENSIVE IT IS?! Seriously, no other quality coffee place is this cheaply priced. Make sure to check out their monthly specials and discounts on certain days of the week! 4)Great variety of drinks! Their iced espresso drinks are to die for! But they also have a variety of teas, hot coffees, and other types of beverages as well! 5)The BEST customer service you will find anywhere. The baristas are incredibly nice and down to earth. Very friendly, but not obnoxious (like they are at Dutch Bros. Lol) Totally willing to answer any questions you may have, and always smiling. The baristas here treat each customer like a new friend. They will make you feel welcomed, and provide the best coffee experience you can imagine! 6)A VERY SPECIAL SHOUT OUT: To the amazingly kindhearted male barista with the Slitherin tattoo... My car battery died in the parking lot (because I was silly and left it running while I was talking with a friend), and he COMPLETELY SAVED THE DAY. Not only did he jump my car battery, he taught both my friend and I HOW to jump a car! He was incredibly sweet and kind. He acted like it was no big deal, but I am SO GRATEFUL. I wish I was Bill Gates or Elon Musk because I would have tipped this gentleman a gaziillion dollars if I could have. He is a modern day hero, and I will continue to come back to this coffee shop and spread the word about how AMAZING the baristas here are. Don't go anywhere else. Sip is the BEST.

Apparently Native Coffee is a fairly new company and they've opened a couple of stands in less than a year so they seem to be off to a good start. I visited about 10 days after they opened this location so I'm not sure if they usually have drink specials or not; it didn't seem like they had any today. Luckily it doesn't tend to matter to me since I don't drink coffee; I'm a chai or lemonade gal. Their chai was really good, and though I don't know for a fact it's not Oregon Chai brand, I'd be really surprised. The chai they have here is really subtle in flavor, whereas Oregon Chai is very very sweet. I was really pleased with this drink. The guy who took my order was super friendly and thanked me for stopping by. I usually don't buy pastries when stopping at a coffee trailer, but I'm glad I asked because they were really great. I hadn't heard of a lemon roll before but yummmmm. Definitely pick one up if they still have them when you stop by, and since they keep them in the fridge for freshness I'd definitely microwave them for 30 seconds or so (actually, warm them up even if you live it at room temp for a bit). Native Coffee is a great addition to the coffee options in Eugene, and worth a stop if you're in west Eugene.
