A short moment later, his flushed red face looked up at me and said, 'Wow, it took?' The three counter folks stared at me in disbelief like I had just parted the Red Sea. When I called customer service, I was told it was somehow my fault for not setting it up properly. Aug 27: Microwave installer opened the box to find the unit completely crushed. Instead of replacing it and finishing the job, he left. I then spent over two hours on the phone while the store repeatedly hung up on corporate support. Aug 30: I had to personally haul the crushed microwave back into the store to arrange replacement. At the same visit, I had to start a dryer exchange for the damaged unit.
