I had a great experience at Home Depot. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The employees were friendly and helpful, and they took the time to answer my questions and help me find what I needed. The selection of products was excellent, and the prices were reasonable. I appreciate the good customer service and will continue shopping at Home Depot for my home improvement needs.

Showcased on the aisle! Great reviews

Hi yelps! I'm local to this Home Depot and it's been around for years. It has never disappointed. I've gone during holiday seasons and even that it's usually always stocked with what i need and get good service. The nursery section is my favorite! It's huge! so many things to pick from. Wish they had a bigger rock collection but it's ok! the customer service is always great - someone will come from around the corner always asking if we need help. Friendly always all workers! this last time I went shopping for our new home and found the most beautiful plants! The prices seemed fair and so far they are doing great.

Mike from tool rental is Amazing, I always hate going and asking for help. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Especially being a woman renting tools. I asked four different men for help that basically looked annoyed or ignored us(lesbian couple). Even if you don't need to rent a tool I highly recommend asking him for help. Knowledgeable teddy bear of a man. Home Depot should give him a raise and/or promotion.

Make sure to ask for Franklin when you come to buy a washer or dryer or any kitchen appliance for that matter. He truly went above and beyond and surpassed my expectations. I was both stressed and overwhelmed with all the decisions and prices but he was patient (mind you it was 10 pm) and showed us all the brands and features they had. I ended up only needing a washer but left with a dryer as well because he was just so knowledgeable and helped me see all of the features they had. Thank you again Franklin!! You were amazing and made a great impact, we need more workers like you with your kindness and patience. Definitely need to give him a raise!!!!

Rented a truck from this location and how unacceptable to rent a truck as disgusting as they did especially during Covid. Truck should of been cleaned and it was filthy smelled like sweat or dirty dog. Prior to this rental I rented one from the Kendall store on sw 127th Ave and what a difference. They brought the truck to us here you had to go find ur truck and the truck was so clean and they even put air fresheners inside. What a difference. Home Depot at this location needs to step up there game.

Hey @homedepot don't you have money to provide bags for your customers ?

Zero cashiers, forced to use self checkout. I'm going to Lowes, forget HD cutting works and customer service.

What's up with this store? There is so much dust, and everything is so dirty. I don't suffer from allergies but started to cough.

After reading great reviews, I decided to pay Richard Lyons Nursery a visit and was glad I did. The property is a little tricky to find and from the street doesn't look that big, but once you enter, you will see the outside looks are deceiving. This place is packed with all sorts of ornamentals, fruit trees and other types of plants. After choosing several plants and having the sales ticket written up, I was very pleasantly surprised to see that it was only $40. Had I gone to another place in Kendall or a major retailer, I would have paid much more. I will definitely be back for more.

This isn't just a great nursery, they also have an amazing variety of mature rare specimen plants…read moreand trees. They have groves also which include jackfruit. We first discovered Lyons in our search for rare Atala butterflies to augment the population at our house... the folks at Montgomery botanical center had recently brought a population of Atala caterpillars to feed on Lyons sizable coontie selection. We were lucky to get a coontie with freshly laid eggs... that was in late September, and they emerged from their cocoons today (late October). They have a wonderful selection of butterfly larval and nectar plants. They have both local and exotic plants also including bamboo, heliconia, and more. When you arrive, park a short way in... a siren will announce your presence, and you'll soon be met by a guide in a golf cart. We've been four times so far, and each time we go we've discovered a new area, and new plants. As you wander around, make sure you look at the amazing mature specimens that dot the property.... such an amazing variety... it rivals a botanical garden!

I woke up this morning (it's a beautiful Sunday in Miami as I write this) and thought, "it's time…read moreto go plant shopping." After countless mornings waking up in a bedroom lacking greenery, I googled best plant shops in Miami. Many of the newer more popular stores came up but then so did Galloway Farm Nursery. For as long as I can remember, this nursery has been around and therefore I stuck with the tried and true. Perhaps it was the sense of familiarity that ultimately drew me to Galloway--a welcoming, unstuffy, old faithful that made me feel confident to plant shop despite my shortcomings with plants themselves. But when I got there, I quickly realized that the comfort I felt walking in was solidified by the assistance I received. Eavesdropping on another customer and team member, I could hear that the gentleman assisting was well versed in all things plants. I mean, one would hope that is the case, but you never know these days. If you're like me, sometimes you have trouble asking for help. But I wanted a big plant, damnit! And there was no way I would be able to physically lift the one I wanted on my own. After mustering up the courage to ask for help, I got so much more than that. I got information, I got recommendations, I got educated, and I even got help re-potting my plant. I'm not sure this is a regular service offered, however because it was very slow when I went the person was glad to help me. All of that being said, I left with the perfect low-light plants for my home for an unbeatable price. They even helped me put it in my truck. The value here is totally worth it. And then I realized....how the hell am I going to get these inside my house alone? LOL! Practical things to note: ample parking available, deliciously cool orchid room for those unbearably hot days, lots of cute cats hanging around. Galloway Farm Nursery is a must-try!

This nursery has been incredibly disappointing, as we've had a series of negative experiences…read morethere. Our most recent visit was particularly frustrating. We walked in prepared to spend thousands of dollars on a selection of exclusive pots and other gardening plants. We intended to enhance our garden significantly, and we were genuinely excited about our purchases. However, when we approached the owner to request a discount, we received an unfriendly response. Without any attempt at negotiation, he simply stated, "No," and then suggested that we should put the entire amount on our credit card and not worry about it. This lack of willingness to engage in a conversation was quite disheartening. I explained to him that we were just shy of being able to afford the full order, as we had a specific number of pots in mind. Instead of trying to accommodate our needs or explore alternative options, he launched into a lengthy monologue about the costs he incurs for his items. It felt more like a one-sided lecture than a discussion meant to foster a positive customer experience. In the end, we left the nursery without making any purchases, which was extremely disappointing. The owner lost a potential sale of thousands of dollars that day because he couldn't understand customer service or engage meaningfully with clients. This incident is not an isolated case. On several previous visits, I've gone to the nursery with my mother to ask questions or seek assistance, only to be ignored while the owner remained occupied on the phone. It's frustrating to feel overlooked and unimportant when you've taken the time to visit a business. We often found ourselves walking out without the help we needed, and it left us feeling undervalued as customers. Overall, this nursery seems to operate more like a shell company than a customer-focused business. I can't understand why any establishment would refuse to engage with potential customers, especially when there is clearly an opportunity to make a sale. Given our experiences, I strongly advise against visiting this nursery. The owner exhibits a concerning lack of professionalism, and you might find yourself feeling taken advantage of and mistreated, just as we did.
