    This is the smaller stain on my shirt after the sewage went through my jacket. About to puke in the car ride home.

    Went Christmas shopping here today. Bought three large boxes and carried them to my car. The one on top was a mushroom growing kit. I started to smell dead fish and then my arm started getting wet. Through my jacket! The mushroom kit had been filled with water and rotted to hell and I was completely covered. I stink worse than a sewer. I tried just removing my jacket but my white shirt underneath is completely ruined as well. I asked customer service for a new shirt and they looked at me with a blank stare and said nothing. They did say I could rinse my shirt in the bathroom, but it's a white shirt with spf built in and cannot be treated with stain remover. I have a full day ahead of me and now I'll have to go to Nordstrom rack and spend more $$$ because of Home Depot. The icing on the cake was that the customer service guy couldn't figure out how to return it so I got sick of standing there about to throw up from the rotten fish stench so I agreed to take a different one just so I could get out of that hell hole. I feel like they had multiple opportunities to make this right and failed miserably.

    The trees are on the slim side this year-- like everything else in 2020. However, the customer service was top notch. A young man named Mike greeted us as we entered " happy holiday." Then Curtis helped us to pick out the tree of our choice, trimmed it, and loaded it on top of the car. Great tree shopping experience.

    10/1/22 After The Monument Medical Clinic, I needed to pay a bill. Since I am in Maryland and there is a HomeDepot close by, I decided to check out my stomping ground. This Homedepot is where I worked for a while when vendors were a thing at Homedepot. I thought I saw a familiar face, but the woman isn't Katia...not sure if I spelled her name right. Harry Potter, Snoopy, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer and The Grinch are all set up for Christmas in October. Most of the Halloween stuff seems to be taken down except for Great Punkin. Seems Halliween at this store was a Summer time thing. The bathrooms look to be updated with new equipment and toiletries as well. The bathrooms...well, men's bathroom doesn't smell like WTF either. The store's employees have asked again and again if I need assistance at various times. A good way to keep people from shoplifting. I needed to pay a bill here and it was a quick and easy process. This Homedepot has an upper level should you need to park your car. From what I saw, the elevators to the upper floor appear to be working unlike The Falls Church Merrifield Store. Things look good here.

    If you value your sanity, I would caution you Not to order anything on special order from Home Depot. I ordered blinds for my den in August. They were the same type and manufacturer that were on my sliding glass door. So, why reorder, I wanted a new color. I was told that I would have to have Home Depot's installers come out and measure. I paid my $50 and had to wait a week for them to come to my house to measure. I was called and told that my measurements were in and I returned to pay for the blinds. All of a sudden there was a $300 increase on the price quoted me. The manager, Brenda told me that it was tough and I had to pay the increase. I went to management and they honored the original price. Then, things got worse. After 3 weeks of waiting, I was told they lost my blinds and had to reorder them. I was also told that they were coming from Mexico and it would take time. I said okay, but I had ordered them early for a special family occasion. Thank you Amanda for getting the blinds redone in time for our celebration. But, then the installation department couldn't install them until today. So, I didn't have my blinds for the big family celebration Today, after waiting 2 months the blinds arrived and they were made incorrectly. I would not have been able to open my sliding glass door, if they were installed. I have spent over 27 hours trying to reach people on the phone to help with this order. No one answers the phone. It was a huge,frustrating, and terrible experience. I spent almost 3 months waiting for blinds that never arrived and I am out $50 for measuring for blinds that never arrived. Do Not order from Home Depot, unless you want endless frustration and disappointment!

This store has always had a high turnover rate when it comes to retaining good employees, but I have to say that they have a employee by the name of Alex, who is the worst employee they have ever had. He by no means should be in a position where he has to interact with customers. I have documented this guy ignoring customers, saying inappropriate things to customers, just very unprofessional. Some of my other colleagues in the industry have also had similar complaints. I've addressed this with his manager and his managers manager, but to no avail. Today I was on hold for almost 20 minutes, and then Alex picked up and said Tribles, and hung up. I called back several times and he hung up. The last time I called, I was on hold for almost 9 minutes, so I had one of my other colleagues call Tribles and he picked up right away. This is unacceptable customer service, and he is showing prejudice toward me. By the way, Tribles has caller ID, so he knows that it's me. I don't have time to play games. I have business to run. I've put off posting for a couple of years, but I'm sick and tired of this guy. Just because there is no competition, when it comes to a local parts distributor, does not justify bad customer service. Something has to be done at this Tribles - Rockville location. The only other alternative for me is to drive to the Tribles in Beltsville, where everyone is pleasant and are about taking care of the customer. But, why should I have to drive 25 miles to get parts, when there's a Tribles - Rockville that is 5 minutes from my house? Doesn't make much business sense. If I and other colleagues don't get some type of resolution soon, we will be writing letters to Mr. Tribles. Part 2 - After I posted the above on Facebook, just yesterday, I was hit with retaliation from the manager at Tribles in Rockville. I arrived at Tribles in Rockville around 8:15 am, as I do normally, and shortly thereafter three Montgomery County Police pulled up, and approached my vehicle. The officer asked me what I was doing there, and I said waiting for Tribles to open so that I could pick up parts. The officer said they received a call that someone reported that I was harassing people. I told the officer that that was a mistake, because I never left my truck, and where are the people I supposedly harassed? I told the officer that the manager of Tribles can confirm who I am and why I'm here. They open at 8:30. When the manager opened the door, I called his name and he ignored me. I was puzzled at first, but when the police officer called his name, I then realized that he was the one who called the police. So the officers pulled out a no-trespassing letter and handed it to me, stating that Tribles in Rockville no longer wanted my business. I've been doing business with this location for 15 years and this rep they hired has been there less than 2 years, and i reached out to management several times regarding his interactions with myself and other customers, to no avail, but as soon as I put my grievances on the social media platform, I get banned from the store. There is no other reason, because I go into Tribles to purchase and pick up parts as a business owner. I told the manager in my last private conversation with him, that I only want to be treated like a customer. I don't know what grounds Tribles in Rockville had that warrants banning me from this location for a year. My next course of action is to contact Mr. Tribles. How does the victim in this gets portrayed as the perpetrator?
