We had to come here to buy some things to help us move some appliances. All of the staff were friendly and helpful with assisting when we couldn't find what we were looking for. I also come here occasionally to buy plants and they always have a good selection.

Way to go Home Depot, your staff is always friendly, your products are neatly stacked, and items are abundant and reasonably priced. It's a breath of fresh air when all these points come together. Hope you get to enjoy this place as much as I have.

Begonias are my mom's best friend

As a female, this is not my favorite place to shop. However, when I need something for the house or yard, it fits the bill. My mom always buys her flowers from here in the springtime. I love that they have a one year guarantee on the perennials. If they don't last, you can return the dead flower and receive a refund. While my mom was blessed with a green thumb, I obviously must have a black one because my flowers/plants don't make it past a few months. Poor little helpless plant babies. Sometimes I'll wander around to scope out things I might be able to use around the house or at work. Other times I check out the appliances. Most of the time, I get what I have to get and I'm out. For your home improvement needs, this is your place. The prices are decent and most of the time, there are workers floating around that can help you find what you're looking for. They really have a no hassle return policy on most of their products, which is a big deal to me. I don't like hassles involving my money. Check them out. This location is in the Eastwood Festival shopping center.

I was pleasantly surprised that this Home Depot was so conveniently located close to my home. They are tucked away in a small strip mall and surrounded by the Phoenix Movie Theater, Dollar Tree, Burlington, and Los Arcos, which is directly across the parking lot. Upon walking in to this location I was greeted by multiple staffers who were all too eager to help assist me with my needs. Unfortunately this location didn't have the particular backsplash tiles that I was looking for, although they did have a great selection. I will be a regular at this location in the near future. What's better than Tools & Tacos all in close proximity! Thanks Home Depot!!

Always been a fan of Home Depot over Lowe's, and this location is close to the office so I often find myself making a lunch trip.

When I got there, Aaron was with another customer and referred me to Anthony Morrow, also a very nice salesman - he never pressured me, and gave direct answers to all my questions, and was so patient with me. He was professional, yet very comfortable. Later, after I'd made my purchase (new, in-the-box, sales price, no taxes), I ate a veggie burger outside (complements of the business, for sales day) and visited with young ladies gathered there - introductions all around. When I asked one young lady if she too worked there, another of the ladies said, "She owns the business!" (or maybe "one of the owners"). A Woman-Owned business - the crowning 'glory' for this company to which I'd already given an A+ (and the lotion in the large clean bathroom was same brand I use - it's the little things...!!).

We initially worked with another appliance dealer in the area, but due to poor communication, we…read moredecided to contact Alabama Appliance because they carried the Wolf and Sub-Zero products we were looking for. The sales process was smooth, and the team was responsive during the purchase, so we felt confident we had made the right choice. Unfortunately, our experience changed significantly on delivery day for the refrigerator. The installer was extremely rude and condescending throughout the process and immediately claimed that our custom cabinetry had been built incorrectly, despite being constructed according to Sub-Zero specifications. Fortunately, our cabinet contractor happened to be nearby and stopped by to assess the situation. He immediately recognized the installer and agreed to make adjustments to accommodate the installation. After the installer left, however, he mentioned that he had worked with this individual on several previous projects and that those experiences had also been difficult. A similar reaction came from our plumber. When I emphasized the importance of following the appliance specifications exactly because of our previous installation experience, he knew the installer and had his own concerns based on past interactions. We are still waiting for our range, which we understood would have a lengthy lead time. Last week, we were told the unit had shipped and was expected to arrive at the warehouse by September 2, and we were hopeful for a September 4 installation. After following up this week, we were then told that the range had actually shipped on September 4. The inconsistent communication has made it difficult to know what information is accurate and what to expect regarding scheduling. The combination of the installation experience and the lack of consistent communication has been disappointing. Based on our experience, I would be reluctant to use Alabama Appliance again or recommend them to others.

My 8 year old refrigerator was icing up and there was a "factory update" involving a new fan and many related parts. They also diagnosed the problem with my Sub-Zero Beverage Center, ordered parts, removed it and took it back to their shop for repairs. It will take about a week for repairs and re-install. The Technicians arrived on time, worked efficiently, fixed my built-in refrigerator, cleaned up and left - what more can you ask for?

We've used these guy's twice. Let me say if you need Sub Zero service, you call these guys. We used…read moreour Home warranty people to send out service for our Sub Zero. They sent a company out, we paid the $70 service call fee and they paid them 1200.00 (not) to fix the Fridge, they were there and gone in 45 min. We called Prestigious Appliance to come out,....long story short. He replaced the very parts the noodle heads before him said they had replaced, all original parts, still in tact.He had to remove all the shelves, drawers etc...to remove inside back panel, to get to some of the parts....which I never saw the man before do. So, that right there told me, the other guy ripped off the Warranty Co. Now, WE did end up paying $1200.00 out of pocket....but we had some expensive parts replaced, one of which was a compressor.....But, add it up here. .....the fridge stops working and unless you can get someone to your house within the hour to repair it, you're either going to lose the groceries inside, or transfer them to the refrigerator in the garage. Either way it's a big hassle. Then wait 2 weeks for them to come and not repair it. We then have to do this a second time....transport groceries to the garage..go back and forth to the garage whenever you need something out of the refrigerator, the freezer isn't large enough so you end up losing some groceries. So, there's waste of money as well. I don't know about you, but I'd rather spend the money to have it repaired, correctly the first time, than to go through all of that. It is not like you're having to do without a microwave. And spending 1200.00 isn't the same as the $12,000.00 for the Fridge. So, don't go through the aggravation we did for a month before we took control from the warranty company. Simply call Prestigious Appliance to begin with. They are the most knowledgeable guys you'll meet.

This project will be the third time I have renovated a kitchen. All the old cabinets and…read moreappliances OUT, all the new stuff in including appliances. I have never used Cabinets To Go. In the past I have used Home Depot. Overview: My wife designed the kitchen on graph paper to scale. This took her several weeks of redoing. This allows a creative process of knowing what you want prior to attempting to do this kitchen project. The People Matter: The manager of this store is Mr. Steve Colon. I met with Steve alone with my wife's drawing. He instantly went to his computer and did a CAD drawing of the plan. This also allowed him to do a 3-D drawing. Steve dealt with my family on three separate occasions for changes one prior to the order and one after the order was placed and paid for. Steve called the installer and counter-top folks whom were as professional as he was. These cabinets don't sell themselves, they need people to represent them. Quality of the Cabinets: In my humble opinion, taking into account the two previous kitchen jobs I have done (With Home Depot). The quality is very good. The price point is below almost anybody else. Here is how they do it. The cabinets are pre-made and inventoried in warehouses. Instead of custom designing all the cabinets and waiting three months to get them. The computer program simply uses the stock. This means, every color or style in the rainbow are NOT available. We had several style options, three color options and many stone top options. HOWEVER, if you want a special color, go to a custom cabinet shop and pay over 100% more. I know, I checked. Delivery: I choose the delivery option. It took 8-Days. No misprint, 8-Days. The delivery guys (two) were awesome. From truck to my living room in under an hour. Professional the whole way. Installer: Setup and paid for with "Cabinets to Go." The installer Joe Mascetti was one of the best vendor communicators I have ever met. I sent him pictures of the old unit, the plumbing and the electrical. He gave me exactly what to tell the plumber. His company will take out the old cabinets, put in the new cabinets in one day with a crew of 4-5. What is remarkable is from the time I get the cabinets delivered, to have them being installed is less then a week. Counter-Top Folks: This is always the issue. Not this time. Two days after the cabinets are installed, the stone counter top folks will measure the and template the quartz. All they needed was the brand and model number of the sink and facet (Purchased from Ferguson). Anyone reading this review would have to ask, what is this reviewer getting from this positive review. Not a thing. All I wanted was what was promised. I have to say one more thing. It was crystal clear from the time I gave "Cabinets to Go" my American Express that there was NO refunds. PERIOD, none. You pay in full up front for everything. SO, come in with a plan, measurements and be flexible on style and color. That is the key to this company. I hope my outline was helpful.

Update. I emailed "Molly" and received no response. Disappointing. The fridge came in and it's…read moreapparent that the rep mismeasured in two places. The fridge sticks out way further than it should from the cabinets. Also, it's evident that she mismeasured the cabinets for around the window as they shouldn't be that far away. See pics. In short, I've never done this before and was really relying on the expertise of the people who do this for a living. They failed me. They expected me to come behind them and second guess all measurements. And I know the response will be "but you signed off on the design". Yes I did, but just like getting an oil change, shouldn't have to empty fresh oil to measure to make sure the tech put the correct amount in. Summary: if you replace cabinets for a living, then possibly this company would work for you. But if you are a regular homeowner upgrading your kitchen, look elsewhere. The frustration and unhappiness in comparison to the cost is just not worth it. I wanted to be happy about my new kitchen, and unfortunately due to working with Cabinets to Go, I have nothing but regret. Too much money to be treated so badly. The installers were good in coming back to fix the scrapes in the floor and the sides of the cabinet where the shims were showing unfinished. Joe and Parker took care of it and I appreciate them.
