Update. I emailed "Molly" and received no response. Disappointing. The fridge came in and it's apparent that the rep mismeasured in two places. The fridge sticks out way further than it should from the cabinets. Also, it's evident that she mismeasured the cabinets for around the window as they shouldn't be that far away. See pics. In short, I've never done this before and was really relying on the expertise of the people who do this for a living. They failed me. They expected me to come behind them and second guess all measurements. And I know the response will be "but you signed off on the design". Yes I did, but just like getting an oil change, shouldn't have to empty fresh oil to measure to make sure the tech put the correct amount in. Summary: if you replace cabinets for a living, then possibly this company would work for you. But if you are a regular homeowner upgrading your kitchen, look elsewhere. The frustration and unhappiness in comparison to the cost is just not worth it. I wanted to be happy about my new kitchen, and unfortunately due to working with Cabinets to Go, I have nothing but regret. Too much money to be treated so badly. The installers were good in coming back to fix the scrapes in the floor and the sides of the cabinet where the shims were showing unfinished. Had countertops and cabinets installed June 2023. countertop cracked. They call it a fissure but obvious crack. Installed by Rio Stone in Pelham the installer even said it was a crack and needed replaced but post cracks are not is not covered under warranty do business at your own risk. read more

One week later we were told that the the cabinet would cost more because of design mistakes. They tried to scam ask with the bait and switch con game. This project will be the third time I have renovated a kitchen. All the old cabinets and appliances OUT, all the new stuff in including appliances. I have never used Cabinets To Go. In the past I have used Home Depot. Overview: My wife designed the kitchen on graph paper to scale. This took her several weeks of redoing. This allows a creative process of knowing what you want prior to attempting to do this kitchen project. The People Matter: The manager of this store is Mr. Steve Colon. I met with Steve alone with my wife's drawing. He instantly went to his computer and did a CAD drawing of the plan. This also allowed him to do a 3-D drawing. Steve dealt with my family on three separate occasions for changes one prior to the order and one after the order was placed and paid for. Steve called the installer and counter-top folks whom were as professional as he was. These cabinets don't sell themselves, they need people to represent them. Quality of the Cabinets: In my humble opinion, taking into account the two previous kitchen jobs I have done (With Home Depot). The quality is very good. The price point is below almost anybody else. Here is how they do it. The cabinets are pre-made and inventoried in warehouses. Instead of custom designing all the cabinets and waiting three months to get them. The computer program simply uses the stock. This means, every color or style in the rainbow are NOT available. We had several style options, three color options and many stone top options. HOWEVER, if you want a special color, go to a custom cabinet shop and pay over 100% more. I know, I checked. Delivery: I choose the delivery option. It took 8-Days. No misprint, 8-Days. The delivery guys (two) were awesome. From truck to my living room in under an hour. Professional the whole way. Installer: Setup and paid for with "Cabinets to Go." The installer Joe Mascetti was one of the best vendor communicators I have ever met. I sent him pictures of the old unit, the plumbing and the electrical. He gave me exactly what to tell the plumber. His company will take out the old cabinets, put in the new cabinets in one day with a crew of 4-5. What is remarkable is from the time I get the cabinets delivered, to have them being installed is less then a week. Counter-Top Folks: This is always the issue. Not this time. Two days after the cabinets are installed, the stone counter top folks will measure the and template the quartz. All they needed was the brand and model number of the sink and facet (Purchased from Ferguson). Anyone reading this review would have to ask, what is this reviewer getting from this positive review. Not a thing. All I wanted was what was promised. I have to say one more thing. It was crystal clear from the time I gave "Cabinets to Go" my American Express that there was NO refunds. PERIOD, none. You pay in full up front for everything. SO, come in with a plan, measurements and be flexible on style and color. That is the key to this company. I hope my outline was helpful. read more

We worked with Mitch at Cabinets to Go to completely replace our kitchen cabinets last fall. We paid for professional installation of the cabinets, and also purchased granite and flooring from them. We laid the flooring ourselves. The cabinets were installed in half a day! There were issues with the granite and the installer, but CTG made sure the lackluster stone we received was replaced with superior quality materials, and installed by a much better company. CTG went above and beyond to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our completed work. We recently decided to replace the flooring in a basement office space, and went straight to CTG for their excellent waterproof flooring. Josh helped with the order but Mitch was able to jump in and help resolve confusion over the delivery. I would recommend this location (and Mitch) to any friends or family looking to replace cabinets, granite, or flooring. read more

Took drawers out to install countertop and drawers fell apart...tried for over a month to get double waste baskets delivered and still waiting on my refund. Workers at the store act as though we are bothering them with our concerns...cold non responsive and blunt "sorry you want to wait longer or a refund?" Although I have not yet ordered kitchen cabinets for a small remodel job, I have been very impressed thus far to write this review. I will update after my final order and installation. My good experience is totally attributable to the service I've received from sales associate James. (I went in a few weeks ago and spoke with another sales associate who seemed disinterested in helping me. For him, I'd give 2 stars.) However, today I returned as I was more prepared with the general idea of kitchen layout I wanted and I had necessary dimensions such as length of space, size of appliance and installation (ex. 30 inch cooktop vs a slide in range, a wall oven, the complication of an adjacent window, etc.) James skillfully diagrammed my cabinets and made several recommendations. I will place my order hopefully within the next 3 weeks. I will update my review then. read more

My mother and I were more confused about this place than anything. I do not know who was more knowledgeable about the cabinets, my mom or the salesman, but it was definitely not the salesman. He had no idea of what he was talking about and he also got confused on the cabinets offered. Also when asked a question he would say I don't know and look around crazy. I hate to write a bad review that involves the ineffectiveness of individuals but this Cabinets to Go is awful.The two employees are not very truthful and difficult to work with. I ordered cabinets that were not delivered as promised and when I complained I was told that I should drive to Tennessee to pick them up!!!I then asked after 10 days of waiting to speak with their corporate office and was told I could not have that information. I went online and called and several phone calls I spoke with a manager who was equally as rude and indifferent. They had a million excuses as to why my cabinets had not been delivered including but not limited to my miss understanding of the promised delivery date,How could I misunderstand .."You will have your cabinets in7 days!"Now this is the real kicker I emailed the design that they did to another Cabinet to Go and got a quote that was $600.00 cheaper!!! Lol It gets better, after the installation I needed a filler piece basically a piece of wood that matches the cabinets, I was quoted by the manger that if would be $55.00. I called a different location and ordered the same piece for $24.00. LOL Needless to say I am not a fan of Cabinets to Go!!! They are rude and unscrupulous! Run,don't walk away from this store.In addition the company commented on this review and never followed up. Please don't be fooled that they are trying to resolve this matter.
