Sometimes it feels like a mad dash as people are trying to get their supplies and they will cut right in front of you without excusing themselves. This is by no means the fault of the business, so I don't take stars off for a customer's observed behavior. Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile if you wanted something they didn't have in stock, but they were able to find online. Sometimes a bit too long at the register as others are waiting to be helped. This one cashier kept pushing the customer to allow them to order the item she really wanted online and have it delivered to her home. She would say "I can wait, it's no problem", yet the cashier and Manager would not accept the answer. Also they told her how dangerous it was to work on greasy / oily parts. The RIGHT thing to do would have been to call her prior to making any repairs beyond what you originally quoted her. Not fair in any way shape or form to do additional work without asking and then holding the part hostage until it was paid for. You took advantage of someone and very clearly are not ethical people.
