Sometimes it feels like a mad dash as people are trying to get their supplies and they will cut right in front of you without excusing themselves. This is by no means the fault of the business, so I don't take stars off for a customer's observed behavior. Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile if you wanted something they didn't have in stock, but they were able to find online. Sometimes a bit too long at the register as others are waiting to be helped. This one cashier kept pushing the customer to allow them to order the item she really wanted online and have it delivered to her home. She would say "I can wait, it's no problem", yet the cashier and Manager would not accept the answer. I get a sale is a sale, but you don't want to lose the guaranteed sales standing in your line either. That's my only complaint about this location.

I went yesterday because I had a coupon to get 1 item at 50 % off, while I was there they had sale signs for some yarn, I picked out a few and went to the register. The sale didn't come up, she had someone go check, sure enough the signs were there but I was told it had expired yesterday. Not my problem, take your damn sign down. I ended up getting the sale price but I don't think she was to happy about it, didn't thank me for the sale, no smiles, I will NOT be going back to that store. Also, every time I have been in there not once did anyone ask me if I needed assistance, you have to chase them down when you do.

I was a bit kind when I wrote my first review given it was one of the few times I shopped in store…read more Now that I have been here several times, it's evident the Leadership is not taking it seriously or the customers have no respect for the products. The last few times I been in the store, there have been boxes wrapped in plastic and what appears to be the materials to rebuild a wall display without anyone around them. It's as if someone was going to start to put the display together, stopped and never returned to it. There are a number of clothing racks that have clothes just thrown onto it or on the floor. Employees walk by it and ignore the appearance which makes it look like you are at a thrift store. Kohl's is supposed to be reputable from a corporate standpoint, but the leadership at this location don't care about the appearance. I personally would not buy clothes that was thrown on the the floor or into the display. The only area in the store where appearance and cleanliness is maintained is Sephora which appears to have driven some excitement by many given their reputation. The one positive about my last visit is I forgot my Kohl's card, which I rarely use, and they were able to look me up in the system (after handing them my photo ID) and I could apply my purchase onto the card without having it with me. Other than that, the store is in shambles and quite honestly I am shocked it's still open given I can't imagine its raking in the money the same way its stores are in other locations.

So when he gets back home I call the store where when the girl picked it up the phone she said "oh yes ma'am I have it right here!" So the manager gets on the phone says they did everything possible called my husband a lier and then I was given the phone back for the man to hang up. And we purchased these things as well per their advisement. The only problem is that the flooring SUCKS! We purchased 1500 square feet of which 1/4 so far is unusable, coming out of the box with many nicks, splits, dings and milling errors. One even had 2 tongues-never seen that before! Our contractor was pulling out the best pieces to try to install while we were on vacation and when we returned, we were so upset and they had stopped installing as they realized it wasn't going to work. There are gaps even when the boards are tamped super tight, boards are irregular so one is taller than the other or there is a gap in the middle of a length of wood, and there were many, many pieces of wood under 12 inches long, that is unacceptable--THIS IS NOT AN INSTALL PROBLEM! We called the store and the person who sold us the wood claimed, "well, it is an exotic wood." Excuse me, what the hell does that have to do with milling problems? They told us we would have to call the main office in Virginia, so we did. That office told us a case worker would be assigned to us and when we probed further, THEY HUNG UP ON US. we werer not rude, we were not swearing, jut trying to nail down specifics. We are not giving up on this but will NEVER USE LUMBER LIQUIDATORS AGAIN! and we are not newbies, this is our 6th house renovation. This is unacceptable business practice and we are so disappointed. Having our house burn down this Summer was heartbreaking and then having to deal with this BS to restore what was lost makes it so much worse :(

Received no call from installer (01/28) - called store and was told it was waiting for pick up by installer. I cancelled order. Lesson learned - if you want an appliance from the Auburn Lowe's, you won't get it. Shop elsewhere.

They usually have a great selection if discount items when you first walk in to the right. It's usually my go-to area for gifts. I have not experienced the same issues with customer service some other Yelper's have raised concerns about. All my interactions have been good and very polite. Their paint area though seems like its run by robots because they speak in a monotone voice and they are short with their questions and answers. I don't got offended by it so long as I get in and get out in a timely manner. Their paint section is usually the busiest amongst the other Lowes I have visited.
