I drove here to pickup some shelving accessories....wowzers, they stock nearly every type of fastener, grommet or accessory that you might need in your life. Wow! They have paint supplies, housewares, hardware, outdoor apparel, barbecue, gardening equipment and accessories, and they even are now carrying maple syrup start-up kits!!! The customer looked at me with disbelief and walked off. Then my turn was next. I had just purchased an item days earlier that was hundreds of dollars and didn't work right out of the box. I had my receipt with me. He would not exchange it or refund me. He said they had to ship my brand new item out for repair. I don't think I have ever seen such a rude and angry person allowed to deal with the public anywhere. I thought he was joking at first it was so bad.
