Had I not had the initial experience, This would be a much shorter five-star rating. Based on her efforts, this company lived up to the hype that I'd heard before purchasing. Summary of my initial review: I purchased a gun that I believed to be defective, sent it back, they said it was fine but still had the same issue. There was a serious of minor inconveniences that compounded to create an overall negative experience. It was fairly pricey (at least to me), so I felt it could have gone better the first time around. Things happen, she made it right.

The Best Nursery Experience in Maine - Hands Down!…read more We were driving through town when we spotted the name "Bushes Bushes" and couldn't help but chuckle--so of course we had to pull in. What we found was far more than expected! This nursery is a hidden gem with an incredible selection of plants, trees, and garden goods--all at extremely reasonable prices. We've now been back three times, and each visit has been better than the last. Today we had the pleasure of meeting the owners, Nancy and Ed, and they are wonderful. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about what they do. Their entire team is just as friendly and helpful. They even had a fantastic Father's Day special--25% off fruit trees and fruit plants--which made our visit even sweeter. Thanks to them, we found the perfect additions for our garden, and this place has officially become part of our Sunday routine whenever we're in town. If you're anywhere near the Richmond area, Bushes Bushes is an absolute must-stop. And if you're looking for a great cup of coffee afterward, swing by Morning Moose Coffee--we'll be sure to match the top-notch hospitality Nancy and Ed showed us! Thank you again to the amazing crew at Bushes Bushes--we'll definitely be back!

Sharon was my go to person and she has been retired for several years now. Brown's has moved their location from a side street in Freeport to Main Street. I was there for the first time in several years to buy a pearl drop necklace for a recent graduate. My limit for spending was 1000.00. The selection was small but that was okay. The graduate was with me and we both found one that she really liked. She wanted white gold and it was shown in yellow. The person helping us was so pushy. The graduate has just barely tried it on and the person asked if she could wrap it up for us. We told her that we wanted white gold and she didn't know if it came in white gold. She said she would find out while we were at lunch. We never went back. Also a note for the owner. One of the pieces we were interested in was a necklace with a single pearl resting on a curved gold bar. We both loved the necklace but it wasn't centered on the bar. It wasn't a piece made there I guess but someone should have inspected it before it was put on display. The atmosphere was different in the new building, not the elegance that I experienced in the old building. Hope that you do okay and that your brand is something the traffic can tolerate.

Once I got a callback the person that I spoke with told me they would contact me at the end of the week to schedule an estimate. And I still have not heard back from these people. They claim to be the #1 landscaper in Augusta... HA!!! Not a chance.
