Where they really stand out is service. We were having an issue with the tub going into protection mode. I called and they scheduled service. We didn't need to be home. We couldn't be happier with the service person. My phone kept breaking up at his name. But he was outstanding. Our repair, it turns out, is an easy one AND under warranty. Although these hot tubs are expensive, they are worth every penny. Very happy with our salt water hot tub purchase.

Worst experience ever! They show up one day then you don't see them again for weeks. They put the steps in and their not level, again we got oh well nothing we can do now. They were going to do a cemented surround and the hauled in soft sand to pour cement on top of! If you stepped on the sand you sunk way into it. The cement would have cracked we had landscape crew come out and look at it and they said no way! So my husband tried to talk to the owner and he got so made he was cursing and calling my husband a baby and making crying noising... it was ridiculous my husband told him to drop off whatever we had already paid for and not to bother coming back. They dropped off our pump, it was for an above ground pool ours is in ground, they shimmed it with a piece of cardboard ... crazy stuff now we are stuck with this mess! So much money and not even close to what they promised and there is nothing we can do.

He refused to read my texts or respond to them because "it would make him too mad," though he willingly did so with texts my husband sent him. After my text to him, he called me for the purpose of screaming AT me and asked me questions, but then said he would not "allow you to say a G*dda*n word". When I calmly said "Don..." between his screams, he continued to scream into the phone, to the point where I just hung up. Don is NOT interested in holding a conversation as an adult, but would rather result to screaming as if THAT will get anyone's point across. It's an unfortunate business strategy...we will not recommend him to anyone we know for ANY service. Don will try to "clear the air" at early meetings with you and discuss his 'few negative reviews out there'...Unfortunately, we continue to see more and more negative reviews pop up and now we felt the need to warn others.

Today we still get our water tested and purchase ALL of our chemicals and pool replacement parts from them. The customer service is great and the prices are excellent! my mother bought a $600 pool 'cleaner' for her above ground pool. Sold her one listed as an in…read moreground pool cleaner but they said it didn't matter. Did not clean as advertised took it back no later than 4 hours later. Brunswick store refused to return it because they state it does work and we are just doing it incorrectly. After explaining how it does NOT work and that we read directions carefully and tried it several times... they told us they could do nothing and we had to call the 800 number, which they were closed at that point. Next day, call 800 number, was told it was in fact NOT a 'CLEANER' but a machine that is used for maintenance in between cleanings. Advertised incorrectly, and whoever sold it to her in Lisbon told her incorrectly. they assured her it would pick up big leaves and Anything that was in the pool. IT definitely does not. We have been fighting with them for a week now and they STILL Refuse to let us return it because they 'might' not get their money back from the manufacturer. What happened to customer service and keeping customers happy? I am VERY upset that now my mother is out $600 for a junk piece of metal that will not work in her pool. $600 might not be a lot for a pool company but it is for a senior living off of disability. Will continue to fight to return this and find someone that maybe will help her since no one cares about customers so far that we have dealt with.
