We got a beautiful hot tub. They explained all features and warranties. Our tub was installed about a month later. We had to wait for electrician completion. The store and salespeople were fine. Where they really stand out is service. We were having an issue with the tub going into protection mode. I called and they scheduled service. We didn't need to be home. We couldn't be happier with the service person. My phone kept breaking up at his name. But he was outstanding. Our repair, it turns out, is an easy one AND under warranty. Although these hot tubs are expensive, they are worth every penny. Very happy with our salt water hot tub purchase.

Did business with them for 29 years and struggled to get service on an aging pool. Their solution after repeated phone calls begging for service from them was hang ups and a complete refusal of service. Have never been treated so poorly by the owner Irene in all my years of dealing with service providers. Something is definitely wrong at Glamour Pools.

Worst experience ever! They show up one day then you don't see them again for weeks. When they…read morefinally put the pool in it's not square to the house, they said oh well nothing we can do about it now. They put the steps in and their not level, again we got oh well nothing we can do now. They were going to do a cemented surround and the hauled in soft sand to pour cement on top of! If you stepped on the sand you sunk way into it. The cement would have cracked we had landscape crew come out and look at it and they said no way! So my husband tried to talk to the owner and he got so made he was cursing and calling my husband a baby and making crying noising... it was ridiculous my husband told him to drop off whatever we had already paid for and not to bother coming back. They dropped off our pump, it was for an above ground pool ours is in ground, they shimmed it with a piece of cardboard ... crazy stuff now we are stuck with this mess! So much money and not even close to what they promised and there is nothing we can do.

Only reason one star is justified and not zero stars. Don is the owner, he overcommits to jobs, is unable to fulfill ANY timelines and is unable to hold a conversation with females. Don only wanted to speak to my husband and the TWO times I spoke Don had great difficulty communicating with me (female). He refused to read my texts or respond to them because "it would make him too mad," though he willingly did so with texts my husband sent him. After my text to him, he called me for the purpose of screaming AT me and asked me questions, but then said he would not "allow you to say a G*dda*n word". When I calmly said "Don..." between his screams, he continued to scream into the phone, to the point where I just hung up. Don is NOT interested in holding a conversation as an adult, but would rather result to screaming as if THAT will get anyone's point across. It's an unfortunate business strategy...we will not recommend him to anyone we know for ANY service. Don will try to "clear the air" at early meetings with you and discuss his 'few negative reviews out there'...Unfortunately, we continue to see more and more negative reviews pop up and now we felt the need to warn others.
