Their paint area though seems like its run by robots because they speak in a monotone voice and they are short with their questions and answers. I don't got offended by it so long as I get in and get out in a timely manner. Their paint section is usually the busiest amongst the other Lowes I have visited.

The customer looked at me with disbelief and walked off. Then my turn was next. I had just purchased an item days earlier that was hundreds of dollars and didn't work right out of the box. I had my receipt with me. He would not exchange it or refund me. He said they had to ship my brand new item out for repair. I don't think I have ever seen such a rude and angry person allowed to deal with the public anywhere. I thought he was joking at first it was so bad.
