The person…read moreat topsham Home Depot at 10:30 am said they had two ready, and I indicated that the one was needed today. I drove in to pick it up and they were not available. An employee (perhaps the same one that lied earlier) said they could not be rented even though they were both there, they had not been inspected and the computer system said not ready to rent. They refused to inspect and check in the lift. So I ended up driving away. So Home Depot lied and told a customer they were available to be picked up today , then when driving in they said they were not available because they had not been inspected. What a pathetic joke of staff. When calling the store to complain to the store manager that he has serious disrespectful staff (I don't appreciate being lied to the wasting my time for their lie) I was attempted to be redirected to the rentals depts. Wtf?

It took five (5) calls over two week period to speak to a person. I left messages telling them I wanted to place an order - never received a call back. When I finally did speak to Robert (7/7), he took my order and his confirmation email stated "I will monitor the status of your order and send you an update as soon as I have one. I would anticipate at least 2 weeks but may get it sooner!" By the end of the month, I hadn't heard anything from Agren, so I called again. Robert told me he would never have given me a delivery date and that my order hadn't arrived. Said he would check on it and call with an update. Crickets. Three weeks later, I called again and spoke to Kevin, who told me my order had arrived "a few days ago" and scheduled a delivery date. Robert called a few days later to say he saw I spoke with Kevin and had scheduled delivery. Totally unnecessary call to my mind other than him letting me know that the fridge had "just arrived" so it wasn't his fault he hadn't called me. The delivery guys were great, and I do love my fridge, but my interactions with Robert and the lack of response from Agren sales made me feel like my business wasn't important to them, so I will shop elsewhere in the future.
