I've been going to this store for many years off and on. If I'm doing a project and need a tool or…read moresoil quickly, because it's the closest one to my home. When I go in, I ask where something I need is located in the store and all I want is to just go make a decision and get in and out as quickly as possible. Usually a man/clerk will tag only and mansplain and second guess my choice, or ask me how I know what I need. Basically saying things that are extremely outdated and sexist. I've gone in and watched how male shoppers are treated and it's a whole different thing. If you bring it to the cashiers attention in hopes she will let management know and make a change that fits with this decade, you hear, they're just trying to be gentlemen, hun. If you're a woman that is capable and isn't a damsel in distress, you shouldn't go there. It's an absurd and incredibly upsetting experience.

I just remember the days when I received as well as gave some respect. Respect doesn't cost anything and I am a Veteran that was brought up while in the Military that Respect was # 1. Jon B.
