You will know from the first meeting how qualified and competent Adam is and his team is the same. They are an amazing well oiled machine. They are an extremely diligent, hard working professional group that just gets it done. they do exactly what they say they will - they show up on time, respect your property and just get it done. If we ever had questions, Adam was always available and would go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. He has an amazing network of contacts as well so we were able to utilize his network for our propane hookup, electrical work (thanks Chris) and landscaping (thanks Dan). There was no pressure to use those contacts but after meeting them, we knew they were the right choice as well. I do not have a lot of trust in contractors so when I tell you that I highly recommend Adam and his team it is because they are incredible. John took good care of us when we purchased the tub, and Steve quickly took care of us and came out to the house when we thought there was an issue which ended up being user error :(. Get this, we bought the low-end hot tub called Sundance Splash from Great Bay Spa last October…read more Over the summer I thought it was losing a little water due to the warm temps. Anyway, in November I finally figured out that it was dropping due to a leak. And when I called Great Bay I realized it was a one-year warranty and it was now one year and a month. If you want to see your electric bill go up even more, just wait until you have to add 50 degree water every few days! Oh well, good luck and be careful what you buy and how long the warranty is good for.
