Connie spent the time necessary with my wife/designer to understand the color scheme and help select a couple remnants that might work. Other shops were only interested in selling a much larger minimum quantity. There is a good reason for that of course, because once the shop cuts a piece they are stuck with the left over. The difference Mark and Connie made was willingness to take the time for a smaller order and cull through their remnents. We were lucky in that there was a really great peice available. It wasn't what we started looking for but that is where the time Connie put in to understand the color scheme paid off; the piece available works perfectly with the natural custom ash cabinets and the tile we selected. Mark and Connie communicated all throught the process. Of course everyone wants to be first in line. Mark and Connie kept to all of their appointments and didn't slip any dates. At the end, the install went without a hitch, and the vanity top came out fantastic. Not only are Mark and Connie a delight to interact and work with, we feel like we got top notch service and an excellant value.
