The I presume owner greeted us and struck up a conversation and I had mentioned we basically were in town to try the new-ish soft serve ice cream food truck that has opened. She said we made a great decision. She had asked where we were from and some questions. Honestly she nailed it on the head for being so welcoming and friendly. It's that extra thing that will make you remember a place even more! This is a place that has a great variety of items that just about everyone could find something that appreciate or want. Plenty of beautiful pieces of art, home goods, and even some food/chocolates. Some particular favorites my wife and I enjoyed seeing were the moose painting, a beautiful coffee table with a painting of a boat. Also if you are in search of any type of handle for drawers or anything related this would be your local spot to check out. A kind of back room had about an endless amount of variety of handles available. While we did not buy anything this visit, I will remember this shop. An absolute wonderful example of customer service to make you feel welcome even if you are visiting from afar. Lots of beautiful pieces you could pick from to make your new speaking point for those visiting your house! Prices may be seen as high but the quality of the things we enjoyed seemed to be extremely good, so yet the prices while high did make sense. Check it out!

We went to Fogg Lighting to find a quality remote controlled and switch controlled ceiling fan that…read morewas stylish and fit our needs as well as lighting for a new bedroom addition. We were super excited to find Legrand light switches we had never seen before. Legrand makes a variety of "touch" (pressure like an iPhone screen) and motion activated where you wave your hand by to turn on and off switches (as well as many others). These particular switches are a game changer for those with physical disabilities who have difficulty turning switches on/off, something my wife has trouble doing. We were even able to get one that has a dimmer control for our recessed ceiling. The sales person was attentive and helped walk us through price quotes and determining our fan size. The ceiling fan looks great (it isn't ugly like most ceiling fans I've seen!) and works great. The only issue we had was a way off underestimated shipping time when we ordered and the date kept changing when they said would receive the switches, making us delay our electrician and project a bit. Obviously with the CoVid pandemic this was understandable to some extent, but we felt communication could have been better to track and update the delivery date for us. When I brought this up with management they apologized and offered a discount, which I appreciated. I recommend Fogg lighting for quality products-we will be going back for exterior lights in the future rather than buying some at big box stores that will not last.

Connie spent the time necessary with my wife/designer to understand the color scheme and help select a couple remnants that might work. Other shops were only interested in selling a much larger minimum quantity. There is a good reason for that of course, because once the shop cuts a piece they are stuck with the left over. The difference Mark and Connie made was willingness to take the time for a smaller order and cull through their remnents. We were lucky in that there was a really great peice available. It wasn't what we started looking for but that is where the time Connie put in to understand the color scheme paid off; the piece available works perfectly with the natural custom ash cabinets and the tile we selected. Mark and Connie communicated all throught the process. Of course everyone wants to be first in line. Mark and Connie kept to all of their appointments and didn't slip any dates. At the end, the install went without a hitch, and the vanity top came out fantastic. Not only are Mark and Connie a delight to interact and work with, we feel like we got top notch service and an excellant value. I couldn't recommend them any more strongly if you are in the market for stone surfaces.
