The I presume owner greeted us and struck up a conversation and I had mentioned we basically were in town to try the new-ish soft serve ice cream food truck that has opened. She said we made a great decision. She had asked where we were from and some questions. Honestly she nailed it on the head for being so welcoming and friendly. It's that extra thing that will make you remember a place even more! This is a place that has a great variety of items that just about everyone could find something that appreciate or want. Plenty of beautiful pieces of art, home goods, and even some food/chocolates. Some particular favorites my wife and I enjoyed seeing were the moose painting, a beautiful coffee table with a painting of a boat. Also if you are in search of any type of handle for drawers or anything related this would be your local spot to check out. A kind of back room had about an endless amount of variety of handles available. While we did not buy anything this visit, I will remember this shop. An absolute wonderful example of customer service to make you feel welcome even if you are visiting from afar. Lots of beautiful pieces you could pick from to make your new speaking point for those visiting your house! Prices may be seen as high but the quality of the things we enjoyed seemed to be extremely good, so yet the prices while high did make sense. Check it out!

Connie spent the time necessary with my wife/designer to understand the color scheme and help select a couple remnants that might work. Other shops were only interested in selling a much larger minimum quantity. There is a good reason for that of course, because once the shop cuts a piece they are stuck with the left over. The difference Mark and Connie made was willingness to take the time for a smaller order and cull through their remnents. We were lucky in that there was a really great peice available. It wasn't what we started looking for but that is where the time Connie put in to understand the color scheme paid off; the piece available works perfectly with the natural custom ash cabinets and the tile we selected. Mark and Connie communicated all throught the process. Of course everyone wants to be first in line. Mark and Connie kept to all of their appointments and didn't slip any dates. At the end, the install went without a hitch, and the vanity top came out fantastic. Not only are Mark and Connie a delight to interact and work with, we feel like we got top notch service and an excellant value. I couldn't recommend them any more strongly if you are in the market for stone surfaces.

My wife, who was the major decision maker, met with Amy to help with the large selections and the planning of each rooms flooring/tiling layout. Amy worked with my wife, helping her select high-end quality products while remaining within her allotted budget. For the living room, kitchen and dining room flooring she selected a grey and white porcelain planking tile called "Tigerwood". This is such a quality tile with a sophisticated look and we have had several family members and friends complement this stylish floor as they first enter our home. For the bathrooms we chose three different tile types. First, was Lindon Point in the color Grigio, the second choice was Davenport Ash, and the final tile selection was Regency Mica. Each one of these ceramic tiles complemented each bathroom by creating a beautiful neutral balance matched by the elegant shower and bathtub tile surround. The hardwood flooring chosen was a 4-inch maple, the color "natural" in a matte finish. This wood floor is extremely high quality with a gorgeous pattern. Our bonus room was carpeted in Shaw blocking pattern in the color silver. We also have received several complements on this carpet style. We decided to have a gas fireplace in our living room and it needed tile surrounding it. Classic Flooring again hit a homerun by suggesting Absolute Black polished granite tile and it looks amazing! Both Dino and Brian did a phenomenal job with our installation needs. Their attention to details and workmanship went beyond our expectation. So, if you are thinking about building a new home or simply adding flooring to your existing one, my wife and I would highly recommend Classic Flooring.

He made a huge mess throughout my house, porch, and driveway - well beyond the room he was working in, and it was left for me to clean. He damaged one of my walls and I had to repair it and repaint it myself. I came home one day to him shirtless and smoking a cigarette in my driveway, and another day he worked just an hour or two, with his child with him, then left to go to another job and my job ended up being pushed out passed the planned completion date. When I brought my concerns to Classic Flooring I asked for some concession on the cost of the job since it was a total of $5300 and $3200 of that was for labor alone, and clearly the labor was subpar. They offered me a $50 credit which was really not satisfactory or appropriate.
