When we decided the online entertainment center that we viewed online was what we wanted we did a closer investigation of the item. We soon realized we would want additional holes in the back for wires. When we approached one of the sales rep about our question we were assured that they could make that happen right then and there. While we did another spin around the store the nice man took the center to the back of the store and made perfect 2 inch holes exactly where we wanted them. They even brought the item out and loaded it into my car for a hassle free experience. Too bad they didn't want to follow me up the interstate toy house to bring it up a flight of stairs and rethread all the wires. ;)

I was moving into a new apartment and needed a queen bed, two twin beds, mattresses, and a sofa…read more Shopped around a little and ended up at Bob's, where I had shopped for furniture previously. My experience has ended up being complicated and frustrating but there have been some bright spots. First, I stopped in and walked the store looking for some options. I picked a bed I really liked and spoke with an associate (Wendy) and a manager (Jay) who walked me through the process of ordering the bed and choosing a mattress. Unfortunately the bed was a few weeks delayed so only the mattress could be delivered on the Monday I'd be moving into my new place. I came back in with my kids so they could check out the twin beds and sofas and we could figure out what will work for them. The staff clearly figured out what we were doing and gave us space (other times various associates have approached me to try to start selling me shit, which I do not like - I prefer to browse and find someone when I am ready). Another day I returned and talked to another manager (Tyler) as I already knew what I wanted to get. He thankfully skipped the sales pitches and organized my order quickly. However he also said something odd - that they do not deliver on Mondays. So I was confused about when my mattress was actually coming. Then I got a phone call from the store asking if I wanted to move up my deliveries so they could be Tuesday (the day after my move). I said great! However, then they also said that the queen size bed I'd ordered was MONTHS away as opposed to weeks. I asked about the bed I remembered being my second choice, they said that one's unavailable too (why they have floor models that aren't available baffles me). They helped me select a similar bed over the phone though. Delivery day comes, the workers come and are very efficient and studious and there are a few communication issues as they didn't speak English well, but the big thing is that they couldn't fit my sofa in the elevator. I called customer service which gave me no options that could help me resolve the issue, and then called the store, and then went to the store in person to choose a different couch. Went right to Tyler and he and another manager (Skylar? Skyler?) worked to replace the item on my order. Later in the day I had second thoughts about my choice and went back to the store and chose a different couch, again thanks to Tyler. Were I to do this again, I'd have declined the fuckin goof proof nonsense, and opted for an outlet mattress instead of the bob-o-pedic one. Unfortunately it really depends on what associate/manager you talk to - some will sell you a bill of goods and others will actually help you.

Still waiting for items in January which were promised to be delivered with the others - contacted at least 5-6 times and given incorrect info again, over & over!!! We happened to be driving past Rheaults all week and I was checking out the furniture every time we went past until finally I had to stop. Everything was beautiful and beautifully crafted. After talking with Roger and telling him what I wanted we discussed pricing and when I'd be picking it up. The day came and I can't believe how excited I was to finally have it on the lawn. I got a 5ft picnic table with 2 detached benches. The benches are a greenish blue color and Roger offered to give me the paint for the table but I wanted the natural wood for now and I'm so glad I did. Now when I'm outside I can smell the fresh cut wood smell and the table feels so nice and well sanded and smooth. For me I'm extremely happy and we've already spent hours enjoying it. If you're looking for furniture (indoors or out) or have something specific you've been wanting for your home go see Roger, he's incredibly talented and you'll be so happy you did.
