We were really happy with the range of items to choose from and ordered great quality furniture for a really manageable price. When the deadline came for getting the furniture in, not everything had been delivered. Kyle arranged for brand new furniture from the store to cover us until the complete order arrived. Then they came back and redelivered still no charge.....removing the " loaner " furniture and completing our order. These guys are a class act and really covered our butts for our first rental. I wish we had these guys in Connecticut!

When we decided the online entertainment center that we viewed online was what we wanted we did a closer investigation of the item. We soon realized we would want additional holes in the back for wires. When we approached one of the sales rep about our question we were assured that they could make that happen right then and there. While we did another spin around the store the nice man took the center to the back of the store and made perfect 2 inch holes exactly where we wanted them. They even brought the item out and loaded it into my car for a hassle free experience. Too bad they didn't want to follow me up the interstate toy house to bring it up a flight of stairs and rethread all the wires. ;)

We happened to be driving past Rheaults all week and I was checking out the furniture every time we went past until finally I had to stop. Everything was beautiful and beautifully crafted. After talking with Roger and telling him what I wanted we discussed pricing and when I'd be picking it up. The day came and I can't believe how excited I was to finally have it on the lawn. I got a 5ft picnic table with 2 detached benches. The benches are a greenish blue color and Roger offered to give me the paint for the table but I wanted the natural wood for now and I'm so glad I did. Now when I'm outside I can smell the fresh cut wood smell and the table feels so nice and well sanded and smooth. For me I'm extremely happy and we've already spent hours enjoying it. If you're looking for furniture (indoors or out) or have something specific you've been wanting for your home go see Roger, he's incredibly talented and you'll be so happy you did.
