As a matter of fact, they never spoke to us once. But they surely spoke to each other. Hard to spend money in a place with such terrible customer service and in a place where you are not welcomed. Selection wasn't great for perennials. Some nice fruit tree selections. Not sure on the value of the plants, flowers, and trees they have because I will never spend my money at this establishment for how my husband and I were treated today. Unwelcomed. Subpar. Unacknowledged. No thanks.

Went in to look at pools and pricing and met Eric. We have been using Intex pools for many years…read more The trouble to put them up and take down every summer got tiresome. We looked at the most inexpensive pool and found it was similar to the Intex.Didn't have to take it down, but wasn't very attractive and was the same depth. The next pool up was far more attractive and deeper. Eric explained the benefits and the pump system. We were impressed especially since it was almost half off. Eric hooked us up with 2 contractors for the pool. One was for the installation and the other was to electrify it. Our timing was perfect, the contractors arrived the first week of June, and we were using it the following week! Eric was great, and made the experience seamless. He was also very helpful, when a small problem occured, and helped us to resolve it quickly. If you are considering to buy a new pool I would go and meet Eric, he'll guide you to the right one.

Come wednesday, I wait til about 11 am (after they open at 9) today and call. He says yup we've got you on the schedule for sometime this afternoon. I wait and call back at 3:15pm (because they close at 4) and say hey I'm just checking on that install since I know you close at 4. He says "did you call mark?" I'm like I wasn't given marks info. I haven't heard anything since I called this morning. He said "he will leave a note. Mark should be back around 4/4:30." i vocalize that i stayed home specifically today because i was told the install would be today and am gone thursday, friday and all next week. I call back 3:55 to get marks number and of course go to voice-mail. "Closed for the day". I'll just go somewhere else at this point. I then get a voice-mail the next morning from Ryan "The is Ryan from LP appliance, give me a call when you get the chance. I'm sorry about yesterday but it sounds like you'll be happy to go someplace else. I saw your little display on Facebook (meaning my factual review of this experience) on Facebook. I stopped by to inquire about having a reversing valve in my Whynter heat pump (portable ac unit with heat) and as I had already done the troubleshooting and identified that the reversing valve is the problem and this unit uses the same universal reversing valve found in many hvac units. I found the exact part on Amazon for $12.95. They said they don't know if they can source the part. Really? I just finished telling you boomers that I already identified the part and it is a fairly universal part. I was perfectly willing to pay a few hundred for the part to be replaced as I no longer have torches for brazing nor AC gauges to charge it properly. Good grief. Stop complaining about Amazon if you are turning away business, especially where you have an engineer who already identified not only what is wrong, but that this particular model doesn't even use a universal part. If I had the torches, goggles, a vacuum pump, and the gauges, I would repair it myself. Why are you turning away what would have been an extremely easy job and a quick couple hundred bucks in pure profit? What the heck is wrong with brick and mortars today? Y'all don't want to work anymore.

I never felt rushed or pushed for a sale. He made sure I understood each result and answered all my questions. We then went over the systems and again wasn't pushed to go more then needed. I had asked about something another company told me i needed but based on my water results he let me know I didn't need it and save the money. Installation went smooth and the install tech walked me through the system and how to make changes if I wanted to. I would recommend Chris and Pure Water to anyone looking for a system. Frantically attempting to contact the retailer proved futile - they had literally just shuttered their locations, disconnected phones and had a "stale" website. I searched the net in vain until I came across a blog that Furniturea had posted comments stating their manufacturing relationship with the now defunct retailer. I took a chance and sent an email fully expecting that I wouldn't get an answer back. To my total amazement I got a reply within ONE day. Furniturea answered my care question and offered helpful safety advice about how to ensure the bunk bed was as secure as possible. As it turned out the previous owner had not provided all the hardware necessary to totally secure the bed. Furniturea supplied the bolts by mail at no charge. What up? They actually helped a non-direct customer and provided advice and materials. I had to check my email twice to make sure I understood..... Wow.... I am totally convinced that doing business with a real caring business based in the USA is the way to go!! Run don't walk to this company and support them.... I'm planning to buy more furniture from them because the quality is without parallel - the bunk beds are BEAUTIFUL and the service is top notch. They really CARE about their customers! Amazing!

I shyly ask if it's okay to take any pictures as I was going to use her beautiful space that I love for a presentation at school, (horticulture). I've been followed around in stores before, and I really don't like being profiled. But he admitted what he was he was doing which is accusing someone of being a thief by de facto. I'm not a thief, and have never stolen from a business. I voiced my protest to the guy at the front of the store. I really don't like leaving reviews that are negative because it affects everyone there. But when there's a employee who acts like that I'm sure the business owner would want to be aware. I'm almost 50, have never stolen from a business, and really don't like being treated like that.
