A paper coffee cup filled with a latte featuring a heart-shaped latte art design on the foam surface. The cup is placed on a smooth, light-colored table. In the background, there are wooden spice racks with small jars and packets, indicating a café or coffee shop environment.

Grab a quick hot cup before hitting the slopes. Friendly service and they will get you in and out in a timely fashion.

My lavender latte on National Coffee Day! So good!! - A latte in a gray ceramic mug is placed on a white marble table inside a café. Next to the mug is a small potted succulent plant. The background features a bright, minimalist interior with teal chairs, wall art, and a shelf with decorative items. Natural light illuminates the scene, creating a cozy atmosphere.

Fantastic locally-owned coffee shop! Delicious, flavorful coffees, lots of flavor variety, zen-like ambiance, and such friendly staff...a great place to relax or even get some work done! The lattes were so good, I had to come back twice during my time in Rangeley. On my first visit, I tried a lavender latte as suggested by the staff and it was SO good! Their syrups are local and organic and really tasty - not too sweet. And their coffee blends are smooth with luscious steamed milk! I had such a relaxing visit - sipping my latte from one of their super chic seating areas next to the giant windows with nice views of the quieter end of Rangeley. I definitely had to swing back by on my way out of town and on that visit I tried the rose latte which is always a fave. A lot of times, the rose flavor can be weak but not here!! Nice strong rose flavor in the latte - I was so happy! The cafe itself is peaceful and very zen-like...they definitely foster a productive environment if you're looking to get some work done. They have excellent WiFi and even offer more private desks and stations that you can reserve - as well as an entire meeting room! They also have packages where you can purchase an extended "pass" to use their high speed WiFi on the patio when they're closed. Staff were all super friendly and welcoming and excited to discuss their menu! They had a cute merch wall and other spots offering goods from local artists and other items. Parking is in a large gravel lot and on my last visit they were having a cool farmers market right next door! Great coffee shop in the area - highly recommend!

The hideaway on a snowy day - The image captures the front of a building with a sign reading 'HIDEAWAY' in Rangeley, Maine, during a snowfall. Snowflakes are visible on the window through which the photo is taken, and snow covers the roof of the building. The scene suggests a winter setting with ongoing snow, and the building appears to be a business or establishment in a snowy environment.

Coffee was good. The "breakfast sandwich" tasted like a frozen jimmy dean sandwich... and for $7 I expect better. Probably won't be back.

Great atmosphere and good coffee. Had the blueberry waffle too - was delicious. If I had to work while in Rangeley, I would go there!

I turned to my husband last Saturday and said "this is the best mocha latte I've ever had." Friendly service as well.

I absolutely love this place! My family and I have been patrons for about 10 years now and we…read morealways have a great experience there. We were on vacation in NH this weekend and this place was an absolute must go. I got the half stack pancakes with plain chocolate chip, whole wheat blueberry, and their special which was oatmeal granola. All were absolutely amazing. My mom got the buttermilk blueberry and gingerbread walnut- these two are our absolute favorite combos. We also got a side of their homemade wheat toast and home fries. If you go, you must get their home fries because they are arguably the best item on the menu, besides pancakes of course lol. My dad got a ham and cheese omelette, with a choice of 2 or 3 eggs (he got 3), which comes with home fries and toast. I also tried their iced lattes for the first time ever and I'm disappointed I never got it before. I got an iced latte with salted caramel flavor and whip cream which was amazing. Their menu is full of variety and they are so many substitutions and add ons you can make. Different combos of pancake batter and toppings, cheese and onions on home fries, different flavors of toast, etc. All the employees are so friendly too. Every time we've eaten here, the waiter/waitress is always so kind and friendly and attentive. Our waitress today, Lisa, was especially awesome. The food comes out in a decent amount of time too. Beware that they get VERY VERY busy once camping season starts, around Memorial Day weekend and continuing throughout the summer. You could be looking at a wait time of at least 2 hours on a weekend in the summer if you get there after 8 or 9am. They don't take calls for a waitlist, you have to be there to put your name on a list to wait. Since we went early May, we had no wait whatsoever. Please give this place your business, they deserve it and will not disappoint!!!

The Good: *More than just ice creams, as they also have lobstah rolls, fries, and glizzies! Didn't try so can't comment but the pics look good. *Great selection of ice cream flavors, as well as yummy soft serve. *I don't recall the prices, but I remember it being very inexpensive. However, please note we're from the SF Bay Area, so everything seems cheap to us fml *Fantastic outdoor picnic areas to eat and look at the beautiful lake. The Meh: *Service was a bit aloof, but we were there at the end of the shift, so probably just the end of the day grumps. Regardless, it was fine. *No waffle cones, just standard cake cones. :( *Cash only The Ugly: *Like many businesses here in Rangeley they're only open seasonally from May - Octoberish (check their FB page for updates) Conclusion: A damn fine place to get your ice creams and a view. Highly recommended.

We have never experienced flavorless ice cream before! We're not sure if it was something to do with the ice cream machine. The location that was overlooking the lake was very pretty!

The Good: *Baked goods °Sandwiches *If you want hot coffee they have a large selection of brews in serve yourself coffee bar. *Cold brew and cold brew lattes *Space is cozy and quaint *Outdoor seating when the weather is good *Beer and wine The Meh: *No hot lattes of any sort and the cold brew mixed drinks is just their house cold brew with a variety of syrups and whipped toppings. *Ordered a blueberry muffin and while it was packed with berries, the muffin itself was overmixed and very stodgy. The Ugly: *Service was not good. The lady seemed annoyed at us for no reason and could barely make eye contact. Heaven forbid I ask about their mixed drinks, then I really became a bother. However, judging by the other reviews this is pretty SoP here. *Unfortunately, the only other coffee shop in Rangeley is seasonal, so if you want Java, they're the only game in town for a large part of the year. Conclusion: Unfriendly service with subpar offerings. Hard pass.
