Mind you at this time they were not busy and would rather screw off in the kitchen then complete an order correctly. Anyway, I placed my order, I was told 15 Minutes no big deal. I came back a little over 20 minutes away. The cashier handed me my order two large pizza's a large Wing order. The bag all tied up I asked Twice if it was everything. The cashier annoyed said "YES" I continued and when I got home, they never gave me my Large Cheeseburger bacon sub. I called and spoke with the Manager on duty she tried numerous times to say well refund you the bacon, but the sandwich was in there, while she muffled the phone and heard her bitching about customers. I explained that I had paid almost $15.00 dollars for the sub and want it remade while on the phone with the manager my husband opened his Potatoe salad and found a big Black hair in the middle of it. I showed up and demanded my money back they tried to give me a totally different sandwich and then when my husband told them he's not eating something with hair in it. The manager said very loud and quite pissy "Stop your bitching". Last time I check a Food business should be taking the right protocols to complete an order safely and not screw it up every time we place one. I got my refund after having to demand it.
