I don't visit this place often, since I live a little far away. I must say I have enjoyed it a lot. Nevertheless, today, I was disappointed, no harm though. After having a haircut walked by The Heritage Pub and decided to come in and have a couple beers. The female bartender, so kindly helped me with a beer. I paid with cash, that was great. After finishing my beer I thought I should have one more and, at the same time, playing some Kino gambling game. I filled out my form numbers: 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 79, 78 and 77. 10 $1 dollar numbers, 10 drawings and $1 multipliers. Total: $20 cost, which must be payed in cash. I order a second beer, sat down on my stool and follow the Kino's drawings. My games star with the ****49 game and finish with the 58. I follow them carefully. The first & second draws, non of my numbers were picked, which means I get $5 each, to a total of $10. Another draw in between allows me to win $2. The very last draw, in which I got 6 numbers grants me $10. The total of my playing: $22. I'm excited I get back more of my $20 dollars spent here. I go to the bar to cash out. The bartender helping me with my two beers and the Keno purchase wasn't there, but the gentleman helping her attended me. I give him my ticket and he comes back to me with great news: "You won $8" "What?" It was my only thought. That's not right and he knows so. I left the place. I am not in the mood for such a petty, little change. I am fine. Nevertheless, nowadays, we should be extremely aware that everywhere we're been seen and recorded. read more

The day after Thanksgiving, my brother and I spent a delightful couple of hours chatting and catching up. We had a few delicious drinks, and some excellent quality snacks. The service and staff are always awesome. Our bartender Chris was very friendly, and is a major reason why this gem of a pub is one of my favorite places to unwind at. Heritage has a laid back vibe, and a unmistakable friendly ambiance and charming character. The food is amazing and delicious. I love a good dive bar. And this place is divey! Good beers good music and the bartender with the ponytail was a really lovely nice girl. Put more pale ales on the menu! It's definitely a local bar which makes it great in my opinion. Seconding other reviews, the front/street entrance isn't super welcoming maybe more signage or like a window might help with the confusion. Otherwise had a great time here! read more

I was just taken advantage of by the bartender . He shorted me $100 on a video poker cash out. He gave me a $ 10 instead of a $100 on a $235 payout. I was in the parking lot when I noticed the discrepancy and immediately went back in to inform the bartender about the mistake . He responds by looking around the bar getting the other patrons attention and says with a smirk , I counted it back to you. I asked if he could balance the his lottery till; which would show an overage of $100. He replied by pointing to the door in an overly exaggerated manner. Bomb food good prices came in for some lunch had the morning staff who are really chill and good people ordered salad and crown & 7 and my whole experience was drama free laid back and that's what I like. Great spot for karaoke! They may seem like an average dive bar but if you want to go somewhere where you can sing and dance without any judgement then this is the spot for you. I am always amazed how this bar seems to become a community when it comes to karaoke, everyone sings (good or bad) even the bar tenders. The inside of the bar is long and narrow and you have to go straight back to find the stage. They also have a patio where you can lounge. read more

Ok so I was a bit hesitant going into this place. I just don't like places without windows. However, I wanted an Irish coffee and was passing by on my way home. When I walked up the bartender was taking a little break and the person covering said she'd be right back. He asked what I would like to drink and when I told him he said she will be right back. He did taste the coffee for heat and freshness and decided to brew a new pot. When she came back she asked if I wanted a traditional Irish coffee or with baileys. I said traditional please. She heated the glass with hot water (which no one does around here) while the coffee finished brewing. I'm not sure what her name is but that Irish coffee took me back to Europe and was the best I've had since my last visit. Next time I want an Irish coffee I'll be back. Thank you. read more

I had high hopes for this pub as I'm often in the Harmony Point area for shopping and other errands. So I've been to this place four times over the past year and a half. The first time I was somewhat pleasantly surprised and would have rated it four stars, but each subsequent visit was worse than the one before. The last time I was completely ignored and l left thirsty. The few patrons who did receive attention thought this was funny. If I subtract one star for each time it gets worse, that would leave them with a solid ZERO! What is the point of being in the service industry if you do not want to serve customers? Since the place has no windows to speak of and they seem to have an aversion to selling drinks, it would be best just to shut the bar down and open up a Kingdom Hall for the Jehovah's Witnesses. We like to go places every so often after the wife gets off work to have a drink or two and play the gaming machines but the few times we visited here the machines were all occupied or were flagged one way or another that they are spoken for even though sometimes we never see anyone playing them. This bar is a lot like "Cheers!" Once you come a few times people start to recognize you as a regular. Everyone that works there are warm and welcoming. Two pool tables. This place has great prices and food. I recommend the Heritage burger but their breakfasts are served weekdays until 2pm. i especially like their breakfast sausage although they brag about their "Zenners" bacon but that's nothing special. I also like dealing with the abnormally cheerful yet hot Crystal in the morning and Josie (aka Anna Ferris's twin sister) on weekends. I've been a regular here for years, not only due to the fact I live just down the road as there are a few other bars within walking distance. This is a Dive in the fullest, good drink prices, the food is good and portions are more than sufficient for two or more. Taco Tuesdays are great, 2 for $1 soft or hard shelled tacos! The Mac & Cheese is amazing, cheesy as all hell with spicy sausage medallions and bomb garlic bread. I have it at least once a week! The service is spotty as is to be expected from a "Dive" bar. Karaoke is good, though I do miss DJ Eddy, he made the Heritage better. Other than that, no complaints here! C. read more
