Honestly I am surprised by the owners response. Your electricians came at 6:30 am. We never had a time commitment of 6:30. It was from 9:30 am. And meanwhile your crew went to another job and told me to call them once we are there. How can you then charge me for someone else's work when your crew went to help that guy to complete another job. Another thing that is totally unacceptable is I was given an Estimate according to # of fixtures not # of hours. Your works were in and out all day to help another job. Why should I pay for that. I was still understanding because they never mentioned they were charging me by the hour. They never got any of my signature in the work completed or provided me with any paperwork prior to leaving.

PG&E disconnected our service line, so we suddenly had to deal with utility coordination, repairs, and city inspection. Nick was very responsive from the beginning and helped guide us through what needed to be done. He repaired the service entrance, upgraded the panel where needed, added a proper ground rod and surge protector, and coordinated everything so the city inspection and PG&E reconnection could move forward smoothly. What I appreciated most was how calm and straightforward he was throughout the process. He explained what was necessary, and worked efficiently to get our power restored as quickly as possible. Dealing with PG&E and inspections can be confusing, but he made the whole process much easier. Our house power is now fully restored and everything is working great. If you need a knowledgeable and reliable electrician--especially for service panel work or utility-related repairs--I would definitely recommend Nick!

He was easy to talk to, very honest and straightforward, and pointed out some things that a couple other contractors told me that I needed but actually didn't. His pricing was extremely fair and reasonable. The only reasons why we didn't go with Home Works are because of 1) our time-frame and 2) we need a company that would take care of all aspects of the project, such as design and engineering, due to our hectic schedules. Although we didn't go with Chris for this renovation, we'd love to contact him for future remodeling projects. I was so impressed by his excellent communication and professionalism that I just had to write a stellar review.

We decided to go with them after meeting with several other contractors. We are glad we chose them to complete what turned out to be a full home remodel. Chris Bajorek and his team were fantastic, and for first-time home owners like us, their guidance and recommendations were valuable and saved us a lot of frustration. The scope of work included: - A full kitchen remodel including stripping out and installing new cabinets, electrical upgrades to bring them up to code, some plumbing work, backsplash and wall repair. - Remodeling all our bathrooms :- new bathtub/shower area, tile work etc. - New flooring for the entire house. - Repainting the entire house. - Installing stamped concrete in our backyard. Things that really stood out: - Meeting goals with respect to time and budget. - Cost estimates that Chris provided initially were spot on. Most additions to the final bill came through hardware upgrades that we chose. - Professional crew that followed all the Covid protocols mandated by the city of Cupertino. - Chris took care of getting all the permits WITHOUT any effort from us. - Very communicative with timely updates - Great contacts. Chris has good contacts with Home Depot that really helped us during our Kitchen remodel. - Thoughtful suggestions regarding bathroom and kitchen hardware that really saved us a ton of research. Now that we have lived in this home for some time, we are very happy with the quality of the work. The little things do stand out and have transformed this house into a cozy, comfortable home for us. As first-time home owners and first-time parents, the remodeling project was time consuming, and the pandemic made it all the more stressful. Chris and his team made it as easy for us as they possibly could. It was a real pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend Chris and his team for any/all remodeling projects.
