The installations came out clean and exactly as expected. During the job Joseph also made suggestions on items that he saw. My home project turned out to be very complicated and the team, especially Joseph, was over-communicative throughout the project to make sure I was well informed of the timeline. The team was mindful of our space (and our son) and cleaned up well when they were done each day, so much so that my other family members were not aware work was going on at all. Lastly, Dinh and Tom were great to work with all the way to completing the inspection. I think they went above and beyond in 1) the communication of the work and any issues that may arise , I felt like I had a good understanding of what issues may happen (none did) 2) the quality of the work 3) extremely courteous (they all wore shoe covers, put down plastic covering on any adjacent things, and cleaned up afterwards, I didn't have to do anything!) For over 2 weeks, I kept having clogs and leak from our toilet, I know, gross. I contacted Khan and he stopped by the next day to check out the issue and troubleshoot. Initially Khan diagnosed it was a misalignment from our main sewer pipe with City main pipe using his fancy technology. Khan actually showed me the issue as he was diagnosing for transparency. However, to be sure of the diagnosis and not to charge me for unnecessary service, Khan revisited with his colleague and they confirmed that it was the old sewer pipe rusting and retaining waste due to the rust, see attached photos of removed pipes. Khan and his team replaced with all new PVC pipes, all in one day within 5 hours. The total cost was fair and reasonable They were all respectful and professional.
