I reached out to Mynor Electrical through Yelp, and Mynor called me back within 10 minutes to schedule an appointment. I had a double tap in my breaker panel and a GFCI outlet that had caught fire and melted. The double tap involved two wires connected to a single breaker terminal, which needed to be corrected. Mynor and Nestor arrived this morning with shoe covers ready. Mynor identified the double-tapped line in under 10 minutes and also figured out why the GFCI outlet had caught fire. He replaced it with a new GFCI outlet and secured the wiring in the back so the hot wire couldn't shift or touch other lines again. Mynor is fantastic! I had him replace a broken bathroom exhaust fan with a new one. Firstly, Mynor is professional, courteous, and honest. He told me it might just be a broken wire and if so, he could fix that and it would be a lot less expensive. I appreciate how he was looking out for me, the customer. But I assumed that wouldn't be the case as my broken fan was 15+ years old. It turned out that motor had died, but that's what I had assumed based on its age and use. The fact that he was looking to help me if possible is indicative of how honest he is.
