A little back ground for the service that was provided. Iam converting from gas range to electric so I needed a 240 outlet. Other contractor wanted to run a conduit and run it along the outside of the house to the back then thru the kitchen. Customer care and doing it correctly. Randy, suggested a sub panel and run a 40 Amp thru the stucco into the garage, subpanel then up inside the walls to the attic then drop down to the kitchen. Cleaner look. Randy is a great guy. Easy, clear and responsive. He's a straight shooter with a nice personality. He's clear on the work he'll be doing and honest about the job when he's doing it. He keeps you updated on the spot of the work. He's efficient and did not waste anytime in getting the job done. He's got guys working with him to allow for a quicker process. The job he did was on our kitchen sink outlet. The garbage disposal was not properly getting power only because we were using a faulty extension which loosed up the outlet female connection. He troubleshoot the issue and his guys went ahead and replaced the outlet with a new one, switched the wiring positions between the GB and dishwasher and blammmm it's working again.
